We enjoyed our visit to the Doge's Palace, it is a must visit place in Venice the art work inside is phenomenal especially the work on the ceilings, you would at least need 2 hours inside, loved the flexible tickets we went at our pace

Not at all what was expected and did not worth $196.72 USD!!! Think tickets to get in were less than $10 each. No guide, no map, no audio, no direction. Staff there useless and didnt like being asked questions.
If you would like to do, do it on your own and go out to a nice dinner with the savings!1

We booked tickets for the Doges Palace during a two night stay in Venice. It was to be the highlight of our visit.
We received e-vouchers from Binge Travel but were unable to redeem these - we had tried to do this by asking officials at The Palace the day before the tour to make sure we had them in time.
That evening the booking was cancelled by Binge Travel. We were offered a flexible ticket but contacted Binge Travel to say we could not use the tickets as we were flying home the next day. We asked Binge Travel for a refund and were told we would receive it. As yet no refund has appeared. This was 9th May. We are £78 out of pocket.
Shocking experience! Won't book through Tripadvisor again!

It was a scam. We went to the exact meeting place. There was no identifying person at the place. We asked several tours, not ours. I callled the number for Binge Tour 4x no answer. It was a phone number in India.
I am going request a refund. Very disappointed with trip advisors venting process. We thought we’d be secure using trip advisor.

Received a non-functional ticket! This experience was utterly infuriating. After purchasing what was supposed to be a ticket for seamless entry, I found myself stranded in endless lines, wasting precious time just to gain access to the museum. When I reached out to Trip Advisor for assistance, they failed miserably in reaching the business associated with the tickets. In the end, I had to fork out additional money to purchase tickets directly from the museum. To make matters worse, Trip Advisor has yet to provide a refund or offer any satisfactory resolution to this appalling situation.

It was awful. We thought we were buying a guided tour, and it turns out that what we got was nothing. We had to purchase tickets Should because they would not honor the tickets or the voucher that we received from Viator. We also didn’t have a guided tour. We were completely on our own. This was an unacceptable experience through Viator. We used Viator in other countries and never had an experience like this. We are likely not to use them again based on our last experiences We’ve been in Italy.
