There is no reason to spend this much money for advanced tickets from this source. Wake up and got to the Museum the day you want to buy the tickets. Expect to go a little later but save a lot of money!

A surprise visit, we never expected the Pitti palace, palatine gallery and boboli gardens to be this good, we wish we had planned more time for this, we could only spend 2 hours, you should plan for 4-5 hours, the views are amazing from the palace once you enter the gardens. Please please do not miss this hidden gem

Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens were delightful to visit, but this was no more than a self guided tour with a time reservation that I could have obtained from the Uffizi website for 25 euros. I was disappointed that I paid 25 additional euros for an "audio guide " only to be given a link to a free app that simply described each site. I also needed to use wifi which required a password since my cell service was not working inside the palace. The description led me to believe that I would receive an audio tour.

I purchased tickets from the tour operator thru Viator. After the purchase, I received an email from the tour company that my tickets were attached. Viator has always been a reliable service for me in the past so I felt confident that the tickets were sent to me. Upon arrival the next day at the venue, I opened the email which had a link to a pdf. Upon trying to access the pdf, there were NO TICKETS! I tried to call the tour operator 5 min before my scheduled entrance and there was NO ANSWER! I checked with the venue's ticket counter and they did not have the tickets! So, I had to buy tickets again! Not only did I discover that the tour operator charged DOUBLE the cost of the venue's price but got NO HELP when I finally got the tour operator on the phone after several tries. I must say that TripAdvisor and Viator were able to get me a refund but the tour operator was HORRIBLE and created a very stressful situation. The venue was awesome and a definite WORTH SEEING. Thank u Viator and TripAdvisor for getting me a refund.

The supplier asked to change the date as he sold tickets when the entrance was free ! So at the end they cancelled it and

You still need to get the printed tickets from the office, it is a separate line for reservations, which is smaller. Was fine for us.

First of all - this 1 star review is for the ticket vendor, not the experience
Pitti Palace and specifically Boboli Garden was one of the highlights of our Florence trip! The gardens are beautiful and a wonderful way to take a relaxing break from the city and enjoy nature and the company of friends and family! We easily spent 3-4 hrs there and I would return on my next trip to Florence!
I booked this trip using Binge Tours on Viator and tried to pay with Paypal the first time. When I clicked to pay, I was routed to an unrelated webpage with no confirmation of payment. I checked my email and it looked like nothing had actually gone through. I figured it was a fluke and went back to the Viator website and booked using a credit card which appeared to go through fine. Then, I went to my email and noticed that the charge had now posted for both the Paypal and the credit card but my actual tickets hadn't been emailed to me yet. I immediately contacted the tour operator and got this reply "please note that your request has been received and we are trying to get a refund for you, allow us time until tomorrow to process the refund for one booking". I used only one of the two bookings. That was 7 days ago now and no refund or further communication from them.
