The Hamam experience is definitely not what I expected but pleasantly surprised and would do it again. First, this Hamam is probably one of the oldest in Istanbul dating back over 300 years (longer than the United States has been in existence). Its opulent charms and architecture seem to take you back to the time of ottomans. The service was more than 5 star as they guide you through multiple stages of your personal treatment explaining each step and providing utmost attention to the details. You have not one, but two therapists working on you! I’m not going to ruin the surprise for those travelers that have never had a Hamam by telling you about the treatment, but I felt completely relaxed and refreshed and like a new man. The treatment is segregated by gender so if you are a couple, you will not be in the same room together. As it was my 25th wedding anniversary I was thinking “couples massage” but it was still a wonderful experience nonetheless.

I have NEVER felt so relaxed and pampered. The building is gorgeous. You enter to soothing music and friendly staff. When you are called to your time the staff are professional and soothing. My every need was met from water to snacks and lotion.

Great experience. We are held in hand, rubbed, massaged in a magnificent setting. The foam massage is great, you feel like you're in a cloud...A little tea and Turkish delight for comfort before leaving.

It's worth taking the time to experience a luxury hamam with close to 300 years of activity. Nurcan led me by the hand through the entire experience of hot sauna, scrub, clay, bubble massage, relaxation, scented massage & lunch. A true inside/outside life contrast & self-care event.

I went with my mother to experience the hamam. The staff were warm and friendly. The facility was beautiful and treatment felt amazing. Our only problem was that our booking was at 12:00 and the hamam insisted it was 13:00 ( I had a ticket that said 12:00). Nevertheless they started our bath 30 minutes after we arrived and served us tea as we waited.

The Hamam was unique. The location is beautiful and the service was top notch. The treatment includes shampoos, creams and amenities such as cotton swabs, a comb, etc. The hairdryers available are strong enough for thick, long hair.
There was tea and Turkish honey to relax with afterwards.
The Hamam has separate men's and women's areas.
