Our airline changed the departure and arrival time of the flight. I messaged this company with the new flight details. The driver accepted the details and said he will watch the flight arrival time. We arrived and asked where he was. He said he arrived at the original time and had left and would not return. $180 paid for this service? I have never known a taxi company in the world that didn’t collect as per the flight arrival time. The airport staff said these guys are scamming tourists. I have contacted Viator and informed them. I hope they are kicked off this site. The airport staff recommended for me to write a bad review and ask Viator to remove them from their site. Now lots of excuses and saying they were waiting. Why would you wait when you know the plan was not going to arrive until 1.5 hours after the scheduled time? Nothing they say is true. I will continue requesting a full refund from this company or Viator. Scammers should not be able to operate on this site.

The driver, Mr Ma, was wonderful and very helpful. We arrived at the airbnb place at 9pm and had difficulty finding the house, he stayed and helped us get into the house.

Appreciate greatly that he paid attention to our flight which arrived 1 hour earlier- so he was already waiting for us and did not have to wait for driver. Was not difficult to meet up despite language barrier.

Our flight was a little late, but our driver was patiently waiting for us. We had a little difficulty finding the meeting spot. We were quickly loaded up and driven safely to our hotel.
