Omar the guide was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. The tour covered everything the other like for like tours cover, but at half the price. It is a 12 hour tour, not 5.
The driver was terrible and very rude. He wouldn't let people have covered coffee or snacks on the bus, and his poor driving got us needlessly stuck in a tunnel on our return adding 45mins extra onto our day, which also meant I lost my theatre tickets that night.
Keep the guide, sack the driver!
