Used this service when I decided to visit the Washington Monument at the last moment on my recent trip to DC. They let me know exactly what to expect though out the process. Had my tickets the day before just as promised. A great tour made possible and such a great way to end my trip in DC.

Amazing views of Washington DC. We would do this again in a heart beat!
We were so happy we did have to deal with the lines. We just walked up to entrance and showed our tickets.
Elevator to top of Monument is very pleasant. Very cool thing to do in DC.
Skip the Line sent a link to tickets via email and provided an email copy of tickets.
All contact with our "waiter" (contact person) was via text and email. Tickets delivered day ahead of tour as stated. Really happy with this tour provider.

This was a great experience and one you should do. However, it is a bit misleading because all it does is allow you a times entry so that you do not have to be at the ticket window at the crack of dawn. Make sure you sit facing the monument because all the Rangers tell you to do is sit and wait. I understand the high security but the Rangers are very aloof and not helpful. Use this as the easiest way to get your tickets!!!!
