Luigi was great. We had a wonderful time in this class. The facility is clean and nicely set up for teaching cooking, as it is held at a cooking academy.
We each made 3 different pizzas - Neopolitan, fried and one I can’t remember the name of but it was like pizza bites/balls. Plenty of left overs to take home - my husband is eating his right now as a snack! Would definitely do another cooking class with this company!

We enjoyed wine and beer while learning techniques to make pizza three ways at home. Very informative, and got to eat all of our creations!
Luigi was very helpful, great English, and took the time to ensure all our questions were answered.

Luigi made this a very personal cooking experience. The other couples all cancelled and we had a private class. He answered questions of interest. We had great sharing conversion and instruction on sauce. Vegetables and ham and cheese. His English was perfect for my poor Italian

Great class with lots of tips to enable you to make pizza easily at home. The calzone was also very tasty! Good for kids (mine is 8)— they’ll learn what they need to make dinner for the family (no joke!)

We made two pizzas in a way I never thought before; it was a really nice atmosphere as we were only 4 people, and chef Luigi explained very well how to do the pizzas! Loved it!

We had an awesome time at this class. Everyone at the academy is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed learning pizza techniques - you make a lot of food so definitely come hungry! A great way to spend time if you visit Naples.
