We use buckwheat flour from Shinshu, the most flavorful buckwheat flour in Japan, and we also use clean water that is double filtered.

Until now, soba making classes were just soy sauce soba.

Our family of 4 had a great time learning how to make Soba. We then were able to choose from several dishes and enjoy the soba we made. With the instruction and included meal, it was very worthwhile. The owners did a great job and are very friendly and accommodating. The included drinks and snacks was a nice addition.

The class is very fun! teacher is friendly and translation is instantly available! We all enjoyed the very private setting and its final cooked soba made by our own! Super delicious♥️You can even make video recording while you’re making your soba😊 highly recommended! 🫶🏻
