A sobering visit, but the tour guide was excellent, and our driver to/from Auschwitz was amusing, informative, and passionate about the subject.
All in all, very pleased to have taken this tour

The tour was thorough, respectful and delivered the gravity and historical significance of what occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau. Our tour guide was hugely knowledgeable and experienced.

After always wanting to go to the camp I finally made it. The tour company were very good. Driver very polite and helpful. Long day but worth it even though it's very sad seeing everything. Pack lunch was outstanding. Thank you.

We chose this tour because of the amazing reviews it has and had read some of the stories online where other tours were cancelled last minute and obviously wanted to avoid that happening if possible.
It was super easy to book the tour and then the day before, the transfer driver (Igor) text me to let me know the pick up time and asked if we’d like a packed lunch for 50 polish Zloty/£10 each which we said we would especially as there are only vending machines available at Auschwitz currently.
Igor picked us up at exactly the time he said he would and drove us in a mini bus to Auschwitz, he gave us all of the information on the way and was very friendly and informative. When we got to Auschwitz it was very well organised and he handed us over to our tour guide for the day who was equally as friendly and told us some stories about her family who had been in Auschwitz. The day was an intense experience because of the nature of what happened there but in terms of the tour and transfer itself I’d highly recommend booking this one as they covered everything and we were very impressed by it. Igor was lovely and the packed lunches were great value for money (large baguette which was ham and cheese, crisps, 2 x fruit, juice, litre bottle of water, chocolate & a croissant).

A very powerful experience, of terrible events that happened not so long ago. A must visit if you’re in krakow. My hotel organised the trip with krakow direct tours, the trip was very well organised with an excellent guide and the driver was very helpful.

Good tour however they only give you 10 minutes break in between to eat lunch and use toilets which is not sufficient

Very insightful trip to Auschwitz, booked through Viator. The whole trip was faultless. From pick up from Igor who was very knowledgeable and friendly, to our tour guide, highly recommended 👍
