Go early if you can. The place tends to get quite busy from around 11:30am onwards. I recommend buying the tickets online. If you can, time it with the free 30 minute Chadstone Shuttle Bus ride where you can alight at Federation Square. Once you're there, do these activities first: Go on all the rides, Put your name down for the workshop (limited spaces) and Watch the 4D movie. The rest you can explore later. We missed out on the workshop as we didn't know about the limited numbers and had to leave for our next event. Overall, it was OK but there's definitely better kids entertainment out there with Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel just outside.

Recent trip back to LEGOLAND, my daughter and i have been twice now when she was 7 and now 11. Unfortunately we didn't see much that had changed or that was new

The workshop and the movie cinema was both well enjoyed but the playspace/centre is more aimed at younger kids.

Did get quite busy in the afternoon, food choices are a bit limited to - you guessed it nuggets and chips + hot dogs :D

staff and facilities were tidy and clean
shop is well stocked and wide variety - just nothing on sale

Not worth the cost. Visited here with my 6yr old nephew. 2 hour time limit but that includes how long it takes to even get into the place.
So busy and very small. 2 'rides' but the queue was over 30minutes for each and being a <5min ride absolutely not worth it.
Barely any Lego to actually play with, and the stuff that was there had a queue of over 30 people waiting.
The creative workshop holds about 10 children so again if you are towards the back at the entrance you will miss out.
Adults should not be charged to enter here. What is my >$30 cost going towards!
My nephew was target age and after 50mins of walking in circles unable to do anything, he asked to leave.
Groups of approx 70 are let in every 15minutes. We estimate about 300 people in the room when we went. No seats, everyone pushing into you.
Very disappointed.

Understand they need to keep attendance high. But once you’re in customer experience is extremely poor. There were no fewer than 6 hand santister empty, and after mentioning to staff nothing was done while there. Please help to keep your patrons safe particularly as the place is for kids

It was awful and not worth the money spent. We’d been looking forward to going , and ended up disappointed. We spent maybe 10 minutes there before leaving. How on earth it’s $34 for an Adult is beyond belief. It is way overpriced. This is the second bad review I’ve ever written about anything (that’s how bad leggo land is). Honestly, you’re better spending your money and time on something else.

The customer service from the staff members was poor as they created non-compulsory assumptions of what the children were participating in, as such I would like to share a circumstance. A impolite Female staff member of such decided to discipline one of my family members in a way that was "Ridiculously stupid." And was not needed at all due to a misunderstanding, that this Female staff member could not comprehend in a form of empathetic understanding of the customer (My child family member)

My message to staff/employees at Lego discovery land Chadstone is to: "Do better."

We found, although advertised for 10 and under it was a little young for our 9 & 8 year olds. The ride on entry was good but didn’t last long and then the inside ride and play areas were more suitable for those 6 and under. The place was really small and despite Covid social distancing restrictions we were packed in. They couldn’t access tables to work on anything as the area was busy with lots of young kids with parents. The LEGO creations were amazing but wouldn’t excite kids unless the rest of the place was also amazing. The highlight for us was the 4D movie but overall the kids were very disappointed. And book the creative space as soon as you get in, we missed out.
Even if my two were younger I would have been better off spending my money on a play centre.

Not enough to do. Aimed at 5years and under. Our 10 and 8 year olds were ready to leave after 15 mins. Barely any bricks to build with, which Is crazy considering it's lego land.
