Rainbow Mountain tour from the sacred Valley

Do not rely on this company if you are on limited time in your vacation schedule. The company CANCELED our trip within one day prior with no explanation given or email indicating the cancellation. As a result it was too late to find another group to take us.

The Viator team was helpful for the refund but really????? Cancelling within a day? I had a no cancellation policy with them so we could not make alternate arrangements in advance.

The only way I knew about it was it disappeared from the app and went to the cancelled page without anyone informing me of the change. My email is current but I received no message in advance.

We had to call from Peru to find out what happened and no one could address this from Viator.

This group should be removed from Trip Advisor website and Viator, they are not a responsible company to deal with. There policy is unfair given the end result.

I will be very careful using this trip advisor and Viator sight in the future due to the negative experience in this case.

We have been in Cusco city for 3 days, then moved to the sacred valley an took this tour to the rainbow mountain.

This is the only one company that provides tours from the sacred valley to the rainbow mountain, they picked up us at 3:30 am, took a van and went untill a restaurant where we took the breakfast and also lunch.

Ou guide Julian was very patience, specially because the altitude shoot me very hard. they took an small bottle of oxygen that helped me to climb up and conquest the amazing Rainbow Mountain.

We highly recommend this tour, the company is one of the few ones that oganice the tour from the sacred valley and has a very nice staff.
