The Uber boat experience was great.. Staff are so efficient and friendly. Norman was very helpful when looking for where we needed to go when boarding at Greenwich.

We spent a leisurely day riding up and down the river, stopping at numerous piers for lunch, ice cream, taking pictures and walking to the next pier. This was our final day of a five week vacation in UK and Norway, and also my 76th birthday. Great way to end the trip!

Malkeet Singh who works at the Uber Clipper Greenwich Is such a helpful guy. My husband has a stick Malkeet got a chair for him to sit while queuing to board the Uber Clipper on Greenwich he made sure to got on the boat. He even went above he's duty to lent my husband this chair so he could watch the Euro Final which was being televised on Saturday 14th July 2024 at the Naval College grounds as he could not stand / sit on the ground

It was a horrible experience for me and my family.
One of the staff were really rude and he was trying to show off infront of other tourists.
I mistakenly came through a wrong lane,from the time he started staring and rude towards me and my family.I apologised to him but he was still talking rudely I asked him to speak politely but he was not listening and said he will throw me out from the pier.
It’s truly a horrible situation because Am a tourist this kind of attitude will spoil the whole day of ours I am with my 11 months old baby as well.
When Another national comes he was trying to help them .Am an Indian but still he doesn’t want to be behaving like this.

Me and son use the Uber boat frequently to roam up and down the river as My son is obsessed with the boats and enjoys travelling on them all day. Today he’s met a lovely crew member on the Cyclone clipper named Tom who took the time out to speak to my son when he asked him questions about the boat and the route times etc.
My son has learning disabilities and is hearing impaired and this lovely crew member really was kind and welcoming towards my son, explaining everything clearly to him for him to understand what was being said and to a parent that really means a lot.
Tom is a credit to your crew, he was polite and professional, not just to my son but to all other passengers on the boat. He’s made a young man very happy with his kindness today.
Thankyou Tom, keep being amazing 👍🏼⭐️

Best way to travel in London and sightseeing at the same time. Norman was very helpful as were the rest of the crew. Seats are comfortable, bar is a great addition
