I used this service as a birthday present for my elderly mother. The staff was considerate from start to finish, so I was able to enjoy the trip without any worries. I hadn't been to Kyoto for several decades, but they kindly informed me when we were passing over the sights, so I was able to take a lot of great photos. I would definitely use their services again.
