After going through months of refurbishment, the Musee Rodin in Paris reopened in November 2015. It has been completely transformed. It is hidden behind the facade of a beautiful private mansion from the 18th century that is housing the permanent collections of the Musée Rodin. Your entrance ticket will give you access to the famous sculptor’s masterpieces as well as works by his mistress Camille Claudel. Wandering through the gardens and the museum itself, you will discover some of Rodin's major piece of arts: The Thinker, The Burghers of Calais and The Gates of Hell.

We did NOT do a skip the line tour of the museum rather we purchased a museum pass. We really enjoyed the sculptures and it was not busy. We were able to go through the displays on our own and found it to be a great way to view the beautiful works of art. There is a cafe on site. All in all a pleasant place to visit and see the great works of art by a great artist.

Wow! It can easily be an all day experience. We went in November so the crowd was minimal. So relaxing to stroll through all the floors.

The Rodin museum is amazing. Some of his best works are there and there is special tribute to Camille Claudel as well. I would reccomend this to everyone. Also, these tickets worked at the door. We did not have to pick them up elsewhere.

What a lovely manicured garden. An extra treat was the paintings on the second floor. Nice to see the "Thinker" in the garden.

Very nice Rodin museum with some most of the famous Rodin pieces on display. Fabulous collection of paintings the artist collected himself, including a Renoir and a Van Gogh. Small enough to take in in a few hours. The lovely gardens framing some of this work are well worth a stroll through too.

I bought tix through Viatour. In the fine print I found I was supposed to go to an office to exchange vouchers for admission tix. Time is important so I paid there to gain admittance. I paid 2X for my admission.
Still it was worth it.

Great once we got thete but the yicket office was nowhere near the museum so it was such a treck to get them we didnt bother ee ended up oaying again !! No queues to skip so it was easy ti get in anyway and pay on the door.

Never found my way to get my ticket.
Lost money with this purchase.
This “pick your ticket up at some other location” makes life too complicated and stressful.

Must see , must feel, must walk in the park and inside to gsin the whole experience studying the statues.
You`ll discover what is inside your head and is rarely brought up so easily, is an expedition in our subconscious level guided by a brilliant sculptor who will leave forever in his creation. The museum is very relevant and the way of exposure is congruent to Rodin vision, his sculptures are inspired by human emancipation, that was in fact the main event past in the last two centuries and he was one of the finest observers of that process.

A very complete showing of the works of an artistic genius. The grounds outside the main exhibit area were very beautiful. However, a few pieces were missing because of renovations.
