I have only given this 3 stars because of the group size to make the tiramisu was way to big, we had a group of 7 people, each having a small chance to stir, it was actually a bit of a joke. The sauces were made by the chef, which was also a bit disappointing . However the pasta making was super fun, the food was delicious and chef Stephen was very entertaining.

It was a great market tour and cooking class. The instructors were very informative, supportive, and fun. The food was also really tasty in the end and I enjoyed having such fun with the people at our table.

We loved the entire experience from the shopping at the market with a wonderful food tasting and lessons learned about olive oil and truffles to preparing the food. I most enjoyed the pasta making as I always thought it was much more difficult. I am truly enspired to try it when I get home. Our chef's were awesome. Time well spent.

Amazing cooking class!! Victoria was fantastic and our group was a lot of fun. The tour of Florence's Central Market was also extremely worth it. Really great time with this class!!

I would highly recommend this tour. The market part was fun and educational Al and chef Alice and Fredrico P were great. We had a fun table and the food was very good! Learned a lot, had a fun time and great meal… it was worth the money and time!

I enjoyed the entire experience! The trip to the local market was so interesting and flavorful.. I didn't expect to go and enjoy tasting the different Italian appetizers. The instructor Roberta was wonderful and very good at explaining what she was doing,,I came back to states and bought a pasta machine.
