Learning so much and having an hour to examine all sides of David and what each part of the body represented with Michaelangelos techniques. My only complaint is that when we left the David statue, the tour guide went off quickly and we weren’t able to find her we missed that part of the tour, she was very nice and knowledgeable. It would be a good idea for the tour director to make sure the group is still with her before leaving the David area.

I believe our guides name was Kiara. She was amazing! Such a great story teller! We only waited about 10 minutes to get inside.

Would not recommend.
We chose this tour for our port day off a cruise ship. We had an injury in our party which would’ve made it difficult to travel to location. Requested to cancel 22 hrs before tour due to no reception on cruise ship to cancel before 24hrs policy. They didn’t respect the situation and didn’t allow to cancel for a refund. The day of the tour, we attempted to take a train from Livorno to Florence, but there was a train strike so no trains were running all day. This made Taxis impossible to find due to anyone who was taking train also trying to find a taxi. When we contacted tour guide for this issue, they were disrespectful and implied we were making issues up to just try and cancel the tour.
We never got to experience due to transportation issues.
While I understand this isn’t their problem, we felt both situations would’ve justified a refund which we didn’t get.
