Attended with my mom and teen daughter. We loved our market tour and cooking class with Filippo. The arancini reminded me of the ones my Sicilian grandma used to make. It was a perfect combination of hands-on cooking and watching. We enjoyed making the pasta and connolis and everything was incredibly delicious. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Salvatore and Lidia in Palermo, cooking Arancine, Pasta alla Norma and Cannoli. Hosts were really friendly and the food was very good

We had such an amazing time at this cooking class! It was so much fun and we cooked delicious food (arancini, pasta alla forma and cannoli) that we ate for lunch! We had wine and soft drinks with our lunch and it was just a beautiful experience. We would definitely recommend. Salva was our chef and he was super friendly and interesting and a great teacher! Thank you Salva and Francesca 😊

Lidia was the fantastic. Was able to explain the cooking process and answer lots of questions. Had a wonderful 3 course meal and awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Palermo is such a nightmare to park that we decided not to go. We were a couple of hours less than the 24 hour notice period and you would not refund us. Really sucks and I won’t be using Viator again.

We learned to prepare three amazing Sicilian delicacies (arancina, cannoli and maccheroni) and got to eat them too - what's not to love? Our hosts were pleasant and knowledgeable, the course venue was both tidy and authentic, the market tour was interesting and fun ... we would come again :-)

Filippe was our chef. He was fantastic. We had a small class of 4! We did a fun market tour and then made 3 dishes for lunch: Arancini (challenging to get it just right!), home made macaroni (do you wonder how to get the holes just right?), and cannoli (my absolute favorite). Super easy to walk to this location from the main downtown historical area. Thanks Filippe!
