Went by myself but never felt alone. Cooking with others was a great way to get to know them and have a chat.
The walk on the mercato centrale was really interesting and didn’t feel too long which was nice.
The views from the place we cooked were spectacular and the food we made tasted incredible.
All in all, it was a great experience that I highly recommend.

Our hosts were hilarious and so much fun. We made an amazing lunch and enjoyed the tremendous views from the farm.
We had our 10 and 13 year old daughters with us, and they also had a great time making bruschetta, pasta, roast, and especially the tiramisu.

The cooking class with Lavi and Carmela was our favorite day in Florence! Lavi is the sweetest person who is very patient and informative. She walked us through a local market in Florence and taught us about history and different ingredients needed for the meal we were going to prepare. Walking through the market, we were even able to try different cheeses. Then we got on a bus to the farmhouse. The farmhouse was absolutely beautiful! It overlooked the country side of Florence. The views were as amazing as the meal we prepared with Carmela. When we got to the farmhouse, we met Carmela. She is hilarious, energetic and a good time! Also, an excellent chef. She taught us how to make bruschetta, roast pork, homemade tagliatelle and to finish, tiramisu. This class was definitely one to remember, thanks to Lavi and Carmela!

This was such an amazing day! If you are thinking of booking this, stop thinking and book now! Luca and Carmella were fabulous, it was fun, informative, the estate is fabulous and the food was incredible!!! I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Luca and Carmela made this activity awesome. Three generations ranging in ages 10-75 had an absolutely amazing time. One of the highlights f our 23-day adventure in Europe. 10-stars.

This was our most expensive experience we booked on our trip to Italy and it was truly worth it. Luca and Lucia did an incredible job making everybody feel welcome in their class. Luca was knowledgeable of the city of Florence and personable during all aspects of our tour and class. The learning experience was invaluable and just sitting in the villa eating the delicious food was worth it alone. I would recommend this experience to anybody who is visiting Florence.

One of the best days of our trip, if not ever!! Luca was so entertaining and enthusiastic, he made us feel welcome and his love for Italian cooking was undeniable! From start to finish this tour was so professional and timed perfectly! Definitely a must if you are planning a trip to Florence!!! And we love Carmella too! 🤍
