Ms Eng in the bar is helpful and friendly. Definitely the plus point for the lounge.
Used the shower room, the water tap sensor might be faulty. The cleanliness is acceptable.

Eng the bartender was great!! She was very sweet and attentive to guests, even while doing dishes. Never waited longer than a minute, and she was extremely genuine about being polite. Food bar wasn’t restocked for quite some time, but still good food when it was there!

I had a great space to relax and be on my own. The food wasn't the best if there was one hit that's what it is. Other then that the service was great, the space was clean & tidy, and the areas are relaxing. I'd come here again if needed.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Please remember to say hello Eng at the bar who made Singapore Sling which was the best! The place is really good and clean. The food was so delicious and has good veg and non veg options! It’s free for most premium card holders and that’s even better😀

Choice of food isn’t good, large queues, only 1 chef on and he was run of his feet. Most of the charging points don’t even work to charge your phone . Stay away from the place, not worth it

Incredible mediocre lounge - very rude staff at the entrance, friendly but clueless staff in the lounge. Food very mediocre, seating poorly managed.
No reason to be there and even less to pay for this sorry excuse of an airport lounge.
