Very disappointed. No tour guide and headsets were not given out at beginning of tour, then it wasn't in sync with where we were. Drove so fast by sites you couldn't see them. Stopped multiple times with no explanation and at no sites.
Only redeeming factor was driver was very nice.
I have taken tour bus rides all over the United States and in several European cities and none were this poorly operated.
It was a total waste of money.

I had the BEST solo trip experience with Big Bus Tours. The staff were so energetic and fun! Even waiting in line was entertaining because of the staffs bubbly and welcoming energy. During the bus tour itself, My tour guide Clarence Allen, was amazing! he told funny stories and gave interesting facts the entire bus ride. The views of the monument during sunset and the capitol at night are unlike anything else, just breathtaking! If you have any interest in going, this is your sign to GO!

clarence is my dawg, true g. he made our tour conclusive and still thought us about the area, many things my family had never knew before. his experience made the tour very interactive and he was extremely funny! 10/10

Clarence was the BEST! He was very engaging with the riders throughout the tour and even made special stops to point out specific places. From an Arlington resident, I learned a thing or two!

We booked a ride with Big Bus Tours. Devaughn was great and answered all of our questions. Clarence Allen was our night tour guide and he was phenomenal.

Clarence Allen was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledge m, excellent driver, and good-spirited. I enjoyed the tour. If you’re ever in Washington DC make sure you do the Big Bus tour with Clarence Allen.
