Our driver was not at the gate when we exited the baggage claim. We haye to wait for him th show up. He did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate. He then dropped us off at the wrong place.

I recently had an alarming experience with this company/driver that I feel compelled to share. First, the driver was 15 minutes late, which is unacceptable for a service that advertises punctuality. Once he finally arrived, the ride was far from safe or comfortable. The driver was driving erratically, constantly flashing his lights at cars in front of us in an attempt to move them out of the way and tailgating dangerously close. It felt incredibly unsafe and reckless.
To make matters worse, the car smelled terribly of smoke. It was so overpowering that it made it difficult to breathe and left me feeling nauseous for the entire trip. If that wasn’t enough, the driver was scrolling on Instagram and Facebook watching reels, took several phone calls while driving, and wasn't wearing his seatbelt, which was extremely distracting and dangerous.
Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-time situation; I had the same exact driver a few days prior and it was the same experience and similar issues. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer comfort and safety is inexcusable. I will not be using this company ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Perfect transportation experience for us. Driver was early, ride was comfortable, exactly what we were expecting for a ride from Naples to Sorrento. Maybe a bottle of water for my wife and I for the hour plus ride would have been a nice gesture 😉

As a solo female traveler, feeling safe was my top priority! I felt more than safe and loved the deeper look into the city with history, food recommendations and more! So friendly and accommodating. My flight was delayed and they worked with me so well! Made my trip that much better.
