A very interesting tour, and the pyramid with the church above very impressive. The guide is also very friendly and attentive. Although we had two hours of traffic on the way back due to an accident, the guide treated the situation very well and took us to a restaurant.

Very disappointing, left 45 late and got back 3 hours late. The “bilingual” guide knew very little English and didn’t explain well. We only saw two churches in Puebla and skipped the rich cultural heritage. Mini buse was crowded, hot and zero leg room. Tour from hell.

Spent most of the day on a bus. Tour lasted over 13 hrs, because of bad traffic. We also left late. Had to wait 30 min in the sun, the meeting point was tough to find as well, and many tourists were lost. I booked an English tour, but it ended up being bilingual, or rather 95% Spanish. I learned nothing from the tour guide. When we finally got to Cholula, he would not allow us to go up the pyramid & see the church on top, like other tours. The bus was so bouncy my son got carsick, and constant gas fumes as well. We were dropped off back at the meeting place just after 10pm

The tour was disorganized, left 45 min late. Returned 3 hours late. The tour guide had terrible English, translated less than 10% of the explanations. Lunch was good and the Rosary church beautiful. The Puebla visit did not represent the cultural richness of Puebla. I would not recommend it.

Guide Humberto loves what he does, transmits it and provides knowledge at all times! He keeps up with the passengers and provides them with entertainment during the tour, the driver is always on top of the road and the unit was kept clean at all times, plus they kept it with the air conditioning on for our comfort.

The places visited were to my complete liking, they kept me surprised at all times by the beautiful landscapes plus the extensive information they provided.

1000% recommended and if you can request Guide Humberto, even better!

Visit to Val' Quirico!!

Hello, good afternoon :D

Well, the truth is I don't know where I can start.

And this second experience that I have with Mexitours was no exception, from the moment we left the agency until we arrived and left; It was an unforgettable and very complete experience.
The place is very beautiful and it is like a little Italy but in Mexico (Tlaxcala), they gave us the tour of the most emblematic places, it was also like being in Guanajuato and its alleys, since wherever you walk you find great surprises.
The truth is that this place lends itself to any situation, be it a romantic evening with your girlfriend, wife or fiancée to a magical night with friends. The reason for this is because it has more than 10 restaurants and 4 hotels that are located throughout the complex.
They told us that they have events throughout the year which make this place even more magical.

My favorite part of this tour was the scribe's corner, which makes you feel like you are living in a different time in history. Since when you arrive they announce you and the notary writes your name in medieval Gothic typography.

The truth is an experience and a place that everyone should experience. ❤

The hotel pick up worked perfectly with both driver and guide eager to answer questions about things we saw along the way to the assembly point.

The drive to Puebla was about 2+ hours each way and took us through a part of Mexico City we won't rush to but accentuated the sheer size and scope of one of the largest cities in the world. Once we left the valley, we drove on a highway that took us through pine forests and evidence of multiple wildland fires before dropping down into the Puebla area. The tour planned a rest break in both directions at the 80-90 minute mark - essential for older travelers like us.

Stops included a unique church, and the Aztec historical site before heading to a late lunch at the Hotel Colonial which was a historical landmark. The lunch was average but we got very attentive service.
We then took a walking tour of downtown Puebla and walked through their version of Barcelona's La Rambla including a stop at a world famous ceramics factory.

Gaby, our guide, was a wealth of information throughout the day and helped us find our way back to our hotel because the Historic Quarter streets were block due to a free concert in Zocalo, very close to our Hampton Inns hotel.

The tour includes more walking than you might expect (3+ miles).

Gaby was one of the best and most attentive guides we have had when visiting 40+ countries. Ask for her when you can.

While the day was long, we felt it was a highlight of our 10 days in Mexico City.

The tour to the municipalities of Cholula and Puebla were phenomenal from start to finish. The experience we had during the tours was very unique. However, the driver and guide provided us with a set of knowledge that ended up perfectly complementing the trip.
