On time pickup, we put a pickup time in the notes, they pickup about two hrs before flight. Quick and friendly service

Friendly driver. Arrived 15 minutes early which was great because the checkin lines at the airport were insanely long. Would have been much worse if we had arrived 15 minutes later.

This is a good option that costs about the mid point between taking a private cab and the public bus. They do not drop you off at Airbnbs, you must figure out which hotel you are closest to and they will drop you off there. So if you’ve got lots of luggage and/or your Airbnb isn’t close to a hotel, I recommend taking a taxi.

Our trip from the airport to El Calafate was very frustrating. We were met by our driver, who had our name listed, easy for us to see. We were then taken to a travel agent's office where we were to wait. It was a shared ride, so waiting for luggage to arrive, a bathroom break, fine. But we and others had to wait while a couple was booking their stay in El Calafate. 15-20 minutes later they were finally done. Then we could go and also give the travel agent a ride into town That was rude of the couple and agent, not the driver"s fault. We could tell that he, the driver was also upset and embarrassed. The ride back to the airport, days later was fine and had no negative issues.

Driver was about 15 minutes late to the airport upon my arrival. There were no problems with departure.

Great service from the airport but no one came to take us to the airport. I sent the required reminder two days before asking to be picked up at 9:30. When they did not come we called and were told we did not need that much time at the airport and that they would arrive at 11:00. We waited in front of our Hostel and when they had still not arrived at 11:30 we called a cab. Lines were long at the airport and we barely made our flight. I contacted Viator and did not receive a response.

They never came to pick me , I tried calling them from airport but no answer , so after waiting for more then an hour , I paid and took another taxi to my hotel

A guide was taking us with a big car SW - 4 people more a lot of luggage!! - He showed animals in the way, stopped the car for photos, gave information about the city. The transfer to airport was all right.
