It's better to use a van than a small bus, but we loved the tour and the guide Alejandro is very friendly and attentive. We recommend Turistik.

I loved! The guide who took us to Valle Nevado spoke Portuguese and was very kind and attentive at all times, as was the driver. I had a good experience, I recommend it!

You will take a minibus to go, the guide does not speak Portuguese. The clothing rental place has old clothes and many of them will be unwashed.
in Vale Nevado there are no identification signs and it gets very crowded, several of the tour colleagues got lost in the queue and missed the chance to take ski lessons. In the end, you will stay in the snowy valley for less than 2 hours, the rest is queues, transfers and wasted time at the equipment rental locations.
it was a bad experience. Rent equipment on your own, look for el colorado or farones and take another transfer. I did this on another occasion and found it waaaay better and cheaper.
