I had a hard time finding the meet up location even with gps and after using several methods to contact help from the tour group, I finally got ahold of someone.
Ultimately, i had to leave the tour barely 30 minutes after it started, not the guide's fault, she tried, but we had too much of a language barrier. Then after tasting saki, I got an extreme headache. I've been told its like tea by others, my fault, I should have researched it better, turned out, it was like grain alcohol.
Tour is probably better going in as a couple or small group so it doesn't feel so forced.

Beautiful tour in some of unusual place of Tokyo. Restaurant and other places that is impossible to chose as tourist. Thanks to our guide, she was so kind, like our Japan mother.

The views were spectacular and the guide was excellent. A great experience and plenty of saki to taste. The lights in the alleys were spectacular.

What a fantastic time we had on this tour with our guide, Thatcherer. Her knowledge and great personality made the night special.
We started the tour by visiting the basement of a department store, where we learned about Japanese desserts, tea, wine, and scotch. From there, we headed to a local izakaya, where we had the most delicious bar food and sake ever! And there was a lot of it. Don't go on this tour with a full stomach. We then walked the streets, taking in the city's vibe on our way to the Golden Gai. We holed up in an exciting small bar for a few drinks. The place was so fun and we were having a great time, we lost track of time.
I highly recommend this tour!!!!
