Wicklow & Glendalough Day Tour with Sheepdog Demo from Dublin

Loved the sheep dog demonstration, the cafe in Hollywood and the beauty of Glendalough. We were impressed by Debbie the tour guide for stopping to call a local farmer that a ram was out of the field along the road.

We were 5 minutes late arriving at the meeting place, which was a bit vague: Not such-and-such statue but Suffiolk Street which is 1 block long. We were actually 10 minutes earlier than the advertised starting time.

We tried several means of reaching someone. We were promised someone would meet us to connect us with the group but they hadn't showed up after 30 minutes so we cancelled. Don't know yet if we'll get our money back. Needless to say we were VERY disappointed.

We enjoyed our tour of Wicklow and Glendalough thoroughly. The tour guide provided great commentary of history and current information. Coach was comfortable.

Highly recommended, very varied. Enough time per stop. Did three different activities. The day was over in no time. Top driver and guide Jonathan.

We booked this tour a few days in advance. I received a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before. We go to the meeting place and the bus never shows up. When I was able to get them on the phone (an hour later), I was told they had to cancel the trip and someone should have sent me an email. I checked every folder, but no such email was sent, nor did I receive a call. I am now waiting to see if my refund clears or if I will have to dispute the charges. A truly awful customer experience.

We had an awesome experience with a talented guide. The views were stunning and Keith regaled us with great local stories/histories of the area. Loved every bit of it, Definitely a repeat trip

I usually try to avoid big bus tours but due to travel issues we had to reschedule a couple things and this was one of the few an available and we totally lucked out. The weather created a perfect fall day- a little chili and misty at first but then a little sunshine and dry. Our guide was great and the trip was the perfect length to see the country and some history

It never happened. The tour got cancelled & we were never informed. Waited for an hour for a bus that didn’t arrive then had to search where to get refunded for a tour I booked months ago.

We were assigned an inexperienced Tour Guide who left us all stranded at each site, spoke very little on the bus. No stop was made at sheep farm, as advertised, as driver got lost driving and got stuck on a private residential dirt road and needed the help of the homeowner to back out. Total waste or our hard earned money for over 10 hours. You should refund all passengers immediately!! Never again!!
