Four of us spent six hours seeing Singapore with Gene as our guide. It was an excellent tour mostly because Gene is a top quality guide by world standards. Gene has extensive knowledge of the history and social dynamics of the City and he delivers that knowledge in an entertaining way with great style and humour. Gene patiently adapted the tour to our sometimes changing interests and overall, he did a brilliant job. We recommend him to anyone who wants more than just a descriptive list of buildings.
A shout also to Calvin, our driver, who took us comfortably and safely around a sometimes very busy city.

Su Ling was our guide and she was great. Showed us almost all the key sites, but also filled us in on the history and life in Singapore. As a native, she had stong knowledgebase of SG history. Our guide was Gee Soo (Hello! Singapore). We have used Viator 15 times for private tours all over the world and he was probably one of the best guides we have ever had. We wanted less touristy and more 'local' places. Private 4 hours spent at Gardens by the Bay for their Avatar themed displays.!! Booked an 8-hour private tour for the next day. We did breakfast and lunch at Tiong Bahru & Chinatown Complex Food Centre. We toured the rooftop at the CapitaSpring Building. Toured the National Singapore Gallery, One of our highlights was touring public housing units at Toa Payoh, a local neighborhood. And SO MUCH MORE!

Our tour guide Richard was amazing. He was so full of knowledge of the city and the culture. We had a wonderful time in Singapore and will be back to see more.
