The tour is schedule by doing the Bus Tour, Boat Tour, and then Everglades Tour. Depending on weather, we will change it to Everglades first, then bus tour, and then boat tour.

Showed up early and given tickets to everglades. 1 hr drive to and from, stood sheltered in rain for an hour before they canceled the boat- no refunds. City bus tour very long and confusing for food and next steps. Boat tour, had to exchange at ticket booth and put us on long wait for a boat tour. After a long day, this was maddening. Waited 1 hour for boat tour and was the best part of day!
Understand can't control weather for everglades but you're left hanging for too long without communication. Long time before you're fed if you choose a 3 in 1~ bring snacks!

A good day out, the only downside was the gap between the morning and afternoon sessions where you have to check in again and wait for some time.

Disappointing boring expensive. No air conditioned bus. Trip to marina was some privately owned facility with 5 boats. nO alternative but to buy lunch from them.

First of all, if you want to sit in the front there is an extra charge.
When stopping in Wynwood, we did not stop in a place for pictures, rather it was a place next to the bus depo for the company where they had put tables and there were two trailers to get food and drink.
After the boat tour, there was no one to pick us up. Couple of people from the group called and they said that they have forgotten us.
Only one bus came for our group and the group after ours, so there were quite a lot of people left standing up, or sitting on the stairs. There was no additional explanation from the company or even an apology. All of us stayed for over 1 hour in the meeting spot, without even being able to find a bathroom in case the bus comes.

Lunch break was too early, too long, and not a nice location. We did this excursion 6 months ago and it was better, less waiting, and lunch option was better

company lies , bus broke down in the middle of the freeway , tours aren't as advertised, guides speak zero English to communicate with. Actually everglades tour was great and boat tour is good , but any dealings with miami double deckers is
NO BUENO!!! I gave one star because zero stars isn't a option
