*Review for Pedal Bikes, not E-Bikes*
Ian was wonderful and helped our group of 7 get bikes. He also gave us a trail recommendation around Diamond Head. Great experience overall.
We did have 1 bike issue that we didn't realize was complicating the ride for one family member until we had returned the bike.
Although there was no expectation to do so, Hawaiian Style refunded the bike completely, so we only ended up paying for 6. You don't always see that type of customer service, and we all greatly appreciated the team at Hawaiian Style.

We rented our e-bikes for the week and were really happy with them and the amazing service here! Great way to travel around Diamond Head, Waikiki and no traffic hassles or parking costs! Honolulu has some pretty good bike lanes, really enjoyed the bikes.

These were so much fun to rent and ride around! You are limited on where you can ride them however you can get pretty far on the Waikiki side and the east side of the island if you want! Super easy and parking around waikiki downtown was smooth and flawless. There are bike parking spots all over! Thank you so much, our large group enjoyed the scooters a lot!

The rental process was easy; I walked up, and they had a few bikes available - picked and got going in 10 min.
What was really clutch was the guy at the counter mentioning that I needed a reservation for Diamond Head (which I was going to next, and I had no idea that I needed a reservation). He also had a lot of knowledge of where I could go and what were some good places that were worth biking to - I really appreciated that.
Return process was just as easy - biked back, gave them my key and was done.
Would happily rent again (this time I'll actually make a reservation so I can get a bike that's a better fit, and maybe even electric! The climb up to Diamond Head is a good workout)

You guys were amazing! The bicycles you provided were top quality and very enjoyable to ride. But even better, your staff was really helpful in assisting for our plans for the day when we shared our plans and you guys helped us make sure we had the reservations we needed to get in to Diamond Head. The recommendation for a nearby and out of the way beach was really appreciated. Thanks to the whole team!

Awesome experience! Good bikes and great check in/ check out. Appreciated all the stop recommendations and ease of rental. We rode to Kahala and then around Diamond Head. Been to Waikiki more times than I can count, but never seen it like this. Thanks for a great time.
