A fab, fab experience, loads to do there, some photo opportunites too ( on the broom and in the train, where you can get videos/ photos from it after.) we ciuld have stayed an extra hour , as we had to rush through the bank, shopping street section. The only hiccup is the long lunch queue…… but that aside well worth visiting!

Excellent tour with animatronics, great special effects and the true history of the Harry Potter franchise. Well worth the price!

Terrible experience and service, we paid for the tour to the WB studios that included the private taxi from the hotel to and from the hotel. The taxi driver on the way was talking on his cell phone the entire trip, he was worried about talking more than driving which was a real danger. Then he told us that he would be waiting for us in the afternoon at the same place where he left us and when the agreed time arrived he did not appear. We wrote him a message, he didn't answer, after 30 minutes of waiting we called his phone and he said that the company had canceled the trip... that he couldn't do anything, that we had to call the company and solve the problem. We called Golden Tour and they told us the same thing that they don't have cars that we have to go to the destination on our own and that they can't do anything anymore.
We were literally ripped off.

First of all: The tour of the Harry Potter film studios is fantastic and worth every cent! But the exact opposite can be said of the bus transfer with Golden Tours from Victoria Station. As others have already written: You sit in a double-decker bus and can't look out. Well, then you watch the Harry Potter film... so what... The sound quality is terrible with the cheap headphones, only in English, which is a problem for the daughter, the film keeps freezing. In addition, the ventilation was only switched on at some point when requested... strange. Then you're supposed to go back after 3 hours and 45 minutes... impossible if you don't run through the studios, it takes almost twice as long. Flexibility with the return transport? Not given. First they wanted to take us later, we didn't take the free bus shuttle to Watford Junction at first, then it was full... bad luck... we drove back ourselves, the free bus shuttle from the studios to Watford Junction works perfectly and from there there is a quick trip to Euston. You should do that straight away... saves money, time and nerves!

Having been Extras/Supporting Artists in the first 5 Harry Potter movies at brought all the memories flooding back. A must for all the family.

It was nice to experience, although I must say I missed some scenery experience. I expected more music, sound effects and motions in particular areas. Or maybe my expectations were too high.

The exhibition in the Harry Potter Studios is wonderful, I give it 5 stars!
However, I would not travel by Golden Globes again, but by public transport.
It does not use the motorway, and the journey back to Victoria Station took us over two hours.
In addition, the video entertainment did not work

A really fun and memorable trip to Warner Bros. Studio.
The bus trip was ok, but unfortunately the screen didn’t work on the way to the Studio and the bus back to London was really cold and a little late, leaving us all standing in the rain and wind to wait for it.
