The whole experience was epic. Well worth the time and money spend. Lots and lots of costumes, settings, interactive activities and the butterbeer, and ice was delicious.

The bus ride is long but when you get there the place is amazing. It gives you chills. It's incredible to be there where watr of the movie was filmed and get to see the real objects they used. Totally wonderful experience.

People at the storefront absolutely could not be bothered to care. We couldn’t check in until exactly the scheduled minute. They mostly ignored us and gave us no idea what to expect, and then gave us terse instructions we couldn’t hear. The bus was 30 minutes late and the AC smelled like mildew. The onboard screens were supposed to show a harry potter movie but the quality was like watching a streaming video over a cellphone 10 years ago - no exaggeration. The screen had games like “billiards 2016”. Overall just a bus operator doing the absolute minimum to milk their contract with Warner Brothers.

Good experience. 100% the tour and 80% for the bus ride. Had an option to watch the movie onboard which had subtitles and not very good reception . On the way back had an error message and no movies . Be good to have some commentary at the start of the tour . Welcome on board . Time of arrival etc. Maybe a Trivia question .

What can I say, the Harry Potter tour is absolutely incredible and well worth a trip to see it. Our bus made really good time, I believe we ended up with an extra half hour if not more in the day (we were allowed in earlier than our tickets stated). My recommendation is to go as early as you can in the day...I think we had one of the earliest time slots. With that the crowds are very light. But as the day progressed, the crowds got quite thicker, especially with school groups. We were forewarned about time, so we made our way through the whole thing on the faster side, which left us time to actually go back and see some of our favorite things. Once you go into the gift shop though, you can't go back in. Others complain about the cost, but I was more than happy to not have to take a train, transfer to another bus, etc. The bus drivers know what they are doing and are very efficient. Well worth it!

Incroyable !

The studio was impressive. We loved the sets, costumes and creatures on display.

Bus out and back felt a little like riding the knight bus, you'll see what I mean on your own adventure.

Great day out seeing the sets that created the magical lands of Harry Potter. Boys 10&12 really enjoyed it. Bus ride was good, they play one of the Harry Potter movies on the screens. I loved that they let us on the earlier bus home which saved us 45mins as we had completed our self paced tour. I would give 5 but the start of the tour at the bus station felt a bit disorganised and they definitely didn’t let us on an earlier bus (even though there looked like there was room) and we had arrived 45mins early so felt like wasted time.

Trip departed on schedule. Easy to find. Convenient. Friendly staff. I wish the entertainment system was working going back to London. If no movie can be played, it may be better to remove the monitors.

The studio experience is brilliant and I can't fault it. However, the coach didn't arrive until after 9.30 and we we were told to be back at the coach by 1.45 p.m.After allowing for half an hour introduction and taking time out for drinks and food, this left little time for visiting all areas of the studios. After paying £115 per person for the experience this was very disappointing and the timings weren't explicit in the literature.
