Did not get money worth. I did the 4 day pass and lost money. I would advise you in London to just get tickets to what you want to do. London is so big and due to traffic and most places close between 3/30 and 4:30, unless you race thru the big activities, you are lucky to do 3 passes a day. We stayed in Westminster and still was unable to do several things that were in our itinerary . Kensington Palace takes about 45 minutes to get to and you will spend most of the day there. Windsor castle is an hour ride out of London, so that’s basically a whole day. Westminster Abbey and St. John catheter is most of a day. Tower of London tickets are timed and sell out during busy months. With the go pass, you are unable to book ahead, you have to go and hope something is available- which makes it challenging in scheduling your day to do things in each area. I’m sorry I did the go pass in London. I gave it a 1 star because I emailed company x3 to see if I could get a refund for 1 day and they do not even respond. Very disappointed.

We had such a wonderful experience with the pass. We did not need to book in advance for most activities and got to skip lines for some as well. For those that needed advanced booking, such as Madame Toussaud's, the process was easy and we could book same day. The app helped us organize which activities could be done the same day. We did many activities that we wouldn't have without the pass. The only disappointment was the London eye. You book in advance for a time to start waiting in a line of about an hour long to get in. We tried a few times but gave up.

The Go City Pass was very convenient and if you do several attractions it does save money and time. For those ones which require a booking the online portal is easy to use and saves lining up for tickets.

A scam: I bought for 5 attractions and could not use one.
1° the boat trip, it was unclear what company it was with, then there was no schedule for the Explorer. Conclusion: I ended up paying for the trip.
2nd I have reserved hard rock, according to the guides, and they did not specify that Piccadilly's was worthless or excused. Conclusion: payment for dinner.
Total, I paid £286 for the Explorer Pass for 2 people and I didn't redeem it and worse, I paid everything outside. What's more, they don't know him or explain anything. A total disaster.
I do not recommend it at all.

The pass really made getting around and getting into attractions simple. We planned our day around it to some extent, and then ended up enjoying a couple of included attractions that we didn't initially set out for. Really a great value.

We purchased these passes for our family of 12. First, I don't believe these passes save you money. Their passes don't take into account that most tours have reduced prices for children. So their estimate of savings is grossly overstated. Second, making a reservation for a tour is nearly impossible. They don't answer the phones for hours at a time, and they hang up or disconnect the call after holding for 30-45 minutes (13 times) , the email reservation does not work at all, the chat function would not let me get to a person, only a bot., and their website would not make any reservations because they didn't recognize my email which they use daily to send me messages to buy their product. In total I spent 9 hours on the phone trying to make a reservation for two tours.

Buying these passes was not the worst decision in my life, that title still belongs to my ex wife, but it was close.

Plan and book well in advance, otherwise you'll have problems. We couldn't visit some things because they were overbooked. Cancellation not possible, so we won't be able to visit the attraction again.

I was trying to reserve the Changing Guards tour but there is no availability even though it is 2 months ahead. Having said that, the site has another link suggesting me to buy another package and there is availability. What a scam!

We had a mother-daughter trip to London and decided on the 3-day pass (early bird discount). Best decision ever, it saved us having to queue for tickets, let us see some things that we wouldn't have otherwise visited because of the entrance fees and made our trip very relaxed. The London Eye was of course a must, but we decided to see the view from the Shard at short notice, for example, and the necessary reservation worked without any problems on our mobile phone for the same day. The highlight was the boat tour (which we only discovered spontaneously in the pass) on the Regent's Canal from Little Venice to Camden Market...
Overall, we saved over £100 with the pass and saved ourselves a lot of time and stress;). We would do it again anytime, absolutely recommend it
