Inside the Cave of the Winds Visitor Center, you'll be introduced to Niagara Falls with a short fim detailing the history of Hydro-electricty & the role Niagara Falls has played in shaping the world! Next, you'll descend to the base of the Niagara Gorge for a hike along a series of setps and decks constructed over the base of the Bridal Veil Falls. Visit the Hurricane Deck, aptly named due to exhilarating conditions generated by the swirling mist & wind generated by the water cascading over the brink!

Tour was excellent. Ross was great, informative and entertaining.

Only negative was the Skylon Tower where an elevator was out which caused an interminable delay to ride up. For us, if we were given the option, we would have liked to avoid the long wait and skipped this stop with a credit given on the tour cost.

The views were amazing. The overall experience was fun and informative. Ross was an excellent tour guide. He was knowedgeable and fun. We really appreciated him taking care of us. He even brought cold bottled water to keep us hydrated on a hot day.

The tour was AMAZING ! You get to see the waterfalls from both side and even more! It was our first time and to have done this with our AMAZING tour guide Ross, you won’t regret it. Ross was incredible and answered all questions and let us know ahead of time where you were going and what to do. We would love to have him as our tour guide again!

Great excursion. We got to see all the best things on both sides of the border and our excellent tour guide was a wealth of knowledge about other things we might want to see or do. I especially enjoyed the Maid of the mist....except for the crowds and the waiting lines. Also they had so many on th boat it was at first difficult to get a spot on the rail.

We did the ultimate tour with Grayline. Our tour was of the Canadian and US side. Our tour guide was Kat, part of Kat’s Kittens. We had a small group of 19 people total which was perfect and I was happy to see as I had a mom in a wheelchair with mobility issues. She was very helpful on which stops my mom should try to get off on and which stops she should stay on the bus for while the rest of the folks enjoyed. Our family had a great time and we were exhausted by the end of the tour. Pick up and drop off was at our hotel at Embassy suites which made things so easy. Our family wanted to give Kat a tip for a great visit but we were so busy with getting my mom off the bus and back in her wheelchair that we didn’t have time.

Grayline, let me know how I can get Kat that tip I wanted to give her.

For the folks with mobility issues, our small bus had about 3 steps on and off. We were able to take a foldable transport wheelchair. There were about 4 or 5 major stops you want them to get off on.

Ross,the Guide was absolutely fantastic..making sure his fishes 🐟 were looked after,and had information of wealth of History at hand.Ross Made this tour one to remember, and I, and My Partner, now have new memories of such a beautiful experience...this tour is well worth the time and energy..If your lucky to get Ross,the Guide,then Your on to a winner..Sorry for not Mentioning,about the other Guides,I am assuming they would be as experience, and exceptional as Ross..

Note: dropdown list did not show our tour: "Epic Niagara: The All-Inclusive American & Canadian Falls Tour." Russ was top notch, professional, courteous, so knowledgable and kind! He was patient and considerate of all on the tour. His knowledge of Niagara (Canadian and USA) was incredible. Russ gave inside hints on where to go to view the falls and the gorge and how to make the most of our time. All this added to the tour experience. Thanks to Russ!

We were so glad to have been assigned to be one of Ross's Fishes. We was knowledgeable and very clear on what was going on. He provided the behind the scenes information. He knew the short cuts and how to get the best out of the experience. This was the absolutely the best way to see the falls. He drives, gets the passes and tells you about the area. We never would have gotten as complete of a visit had we attempted to do all of this on our own.
