Thank you Amber for your enthusiasm and knowledge as our guide. Amber was fun and had many stories that brought in both Oxford and Harry Potter! She has excellent knowledge about the history of Oxford! We loved the Oxford tour and wish we could have stayed longer – but the Harry Potter part was just as perfect. We have been to Warner Bros, but it was years ago, and this time we got to be very selective and loved spending time with the Butterbeer and discovering all parts of Diagon Alley and the set construction for the movies! Thanks to Amber for her knowledge and help throughout the day - it was a really enjoyable day!

My daughter had a wood panel from a hotel vamity fall and fracture her foot the morning of our tour. We were in the emergency room for hours so missed our tour. I have contacted both the tour company and trip advisor to request a refund or to reschedule multiple times with zero response. Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again in the future.

We went on a tour on Monday, June 24th.

Overall, the logistics with Amber (our bus lead) were very good. My biggest issue was our tour guide in Oxford.

There were two tour guides, Amber and Chris. We got Chris, who lives in Oxford and meets you there. Avoid Chris at all costs!

Chris would stop the group constantly, point things out, but fail to give any background. We were not there to hear about drinking stories, personal life, etc. We were only in Oxford for two hours. It’s not too much to ask to keep the tour efficient and informational.

Also, this was suppose to be a Harry Potter tour. He pointed out a tree where a scene was filmed, but it was way behind a building! You wont get to see any interesting filming locations on his tour.

Chris also didn’t know what was open,when, and how much it costs. “It’s probably open at…” is not helpful when you are on a time crunch.” He had to ask the front desk whether something was open and the cost. He is suppose to be an expert.

After Chris’ tour, we went for the 30 min Bodleian library tour hosted by the university. There were plenty of tickets for purchase at the Weston library for the 11am time slot (you have to be back at the bus at 12pm). Our university tour guide saved our entire trip. We got to go inside divination building and the old library where actual scenes were filmed.

After we purchased some cold sandwiches to eat on the bus (no hot food allowed)

We then went to the HP studio, which was fantastic. We skipped the bus home and stayed until 9pm (closes at 10pm)

The studio’s shuttle service to Watford junction and the train back to Euston (London) was very easy. Budget extra because the shuttle buses can be crowded and check the train schedule.

Ginny was amazing. very informative and fun to have as a tour guide. loved oxford and all it had to offer and of course the tour of the studios was amazing. would love to go back again

The tour was amazing!
The guide and the driver were very helpful and made our journey comfortable.

The guided tour of Oxford was excellent and sufficient time was given at Warner Bros studio.

I highly recommend this one day trip to all Harry Potter fans! 😄🤩

I think our guide was Lucy, she was nice and professional but gave zero information. The entire time on the bus she said nothing to the guests. The entire 5 hours of travel time between places she spoke to the driver. She was more interested in having conversations with the driver than the guests onboard the bus. She provided zero intake on anything. And Oxford we barely had time due to some people arriving late to the bus all the time and then everything was closed due to events happening in Oxford. Barakades everywhere and all colleges were closed. Terrible visit. We should receive some kind of compensation for the fact we saw and enjoyed nothing in Oxford due to all these closures. Harry Potter was cool but the main part of this tour which was Oxford was a total disappointment, zero information provided. And I’m in the hospitality tour business for cruises and I would never suggest this guide to anyone. And honestly the company should’ve done their homework on the destination visiting advising guests of all the closures so you set everyone’s expectations. My daughter and I flew all the way from Miami Florida to visit Oxford and we left with nothing. Zero information about the university.

I LOVED the Harry Potter portion of this tour! The tour guides warns you about running out of time here but it was the perfect amount of time. I wish I had gone through the experience slower since I had extra time at the end. The Oxford portion of this tour is why I would not recommend this tour. I did not realize you can't go in anywhere at Oxford. It was far away from the Harry Potter experience and I did not feel like it was worth it to go there.

The guide was really knowledgeable about the area and tour items never missing a beat when asked any questions.
The tour consisted of a good amount of time in Oxford and at the Harry Potter studio so we were able to see everything we wanted to with ease.

Wonderful guides!! Funny and memorable. The Harry Potter stuido is a must for any fan! The company is also responsive and helped me find my way when I lost the tour group. I wish we had the opportunity to spend a little more time at Oxford (like 1 more hour at least), as I would have liked to visit some of the museums.

Had a great day. Despite the drizzly rain in Oxford Tom our expert was great. And time at Harry Potter was perfect. Would have been good for Ben our Tour leader to just let us know a little about timing through the tour and then to add some.time for the shop as could be caught there.
