Train journey was wonderful and scenic. They provide local beverage like coca tea and some cookies complementary. Overall wonderful.

A empresa Inca Rail não tem respeito com os clientes, atrasos de mais horas sem explicação. Ficamos na estação de Machu Picchu à noite mais de duas horas sem um funcionário para uma explicação. É revoltante.

Adri served us during the journey. She was very attentive and extremely friendly. The train journey was comparable to a flight because we were served in exactly the same way. Adri was great and it is great to be able to enjoy this first-class train journey with such friendly staff as Adri. Top train journey!

My family and I had a wonderful experience in the premium coach of the Inca Rail while coming back from Machu Pichu to Ollantaytambo. We had fun hanging out in the balcony of the coach and jiveing to the live music.
David and Claudia took good care of us with snacks and drinks (our favorites were the Ollantay Mule and the Con Ayrampo Red ale)
Overall it was wonderful way to travel!

Boarding in Cusco was smooth but going in a van to catch the bus, with a stop in the middle of nowhere, was terrible. The bus's final destination was Ollantaytambo. Boarding was slow as we had to wait for the train to arrive. Inside there is a show that represents the history of the Incas a little but it is poorly done as it is a recording where the two actors act but the man doesn't even bother to pretend he is speaking. Yesterday is not comfortable. It is expensive for what it offers. They could travel directly by train to Cusco for a more affordable price.

This is the worst of the three train options to get to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. On the way to Machu Picchu we took the best option which is the Belmond Hiram Bingham train, which is by far the classiest and most luxurious. The second best option is the newer Peru Rail, and this Inca Rail is the worst of the three options. We took this on our ride back to Cusco and it was a noticeably different experience. I will say it is a lot cheaper than Hiram Bingham but you also don’t get the first class service like you do on that train.
The seats on this train are very small and directly next to each other and surround a very small table. What bothered me the most though was there was a very limited baggage storage and this train rocked back-and-forth way more than the other train did. Also, it was not nearly as clean on the inside and you don’t get any food, at most you will get some coca tea, and some small cookies. There is no food service or anything like that. They do have a dome viewing car, but it was also very small. They have live music in the same viewing car, which was nice, but after taking the Hiram Bingham, this train was very underwhelming and a bit disappointing. I would not suggest taking it if you can afford the better trains.
After our train return from Aguas Calientes to the Sacred Valley, we had to take a very tiny bus shuttle, only room for about 10 people, to Cusco, which took about two hours and of course there was no air conditioning and very small seats. I am 6’3” with broad shoulders so I really struggled to find room considering everything is made for people at Peruvian heights, which honestly means very small. This was the roughest part of our entire journey and I would not like to repeat it.

We loved the experience! Claudia a success! She helped us with the boarding and was always very attentive. In the 1st Class car you have a balcony facing the outside where you can take spectacular photos.

Great service. When I was returning from trip, other passenger took my bag by mistake. Norka called all taxi drivers and found my bag.
She stayed with me until I get my bag.
