The WORST. I landed at JFK at 1:20. I had booked the shuttle in advance so when I landed I got a text to call as soon as I picked up my bags. That was about 2:15. They told me 15-20 mins. 45 minutes later, still no shuttle. The attendant at the Welcome Center tried calling, again told 10-15 minutes. We called 4 times between us, and each time we're told 10-15 minutes. An HOUR later the driver called to say he was 2 minutes away. 15 minutes later he finally showed up. I was crammed into the back of an overfull shuttle. The other passengers were already upset because apparently they'd been in the shuttle for an hour and a half. We finally left about 10 of 4. So I missed my first train. I figured I had an hour and 15 minutes to make it to the next train. Nope. FINALLY got to NYC 10 minutes before my train left and the driver dropped me and the other Grand Central passengers THREE BLOCKS AWAY. I got to the track just as my train was pulling out. So now I'm sitting here in the waiting room for another hour and a half until the next train and won't get to my station until 9:30 pm. The driver, on top of it, was rude and ignored the Welcome Center attendant when she was trying to tell him something. Never, ever again will I ride with this company, and I will be reporting them to the Port Authority in NY

Because I was the last to be picked up and the last one to be dropped at it too 4 hours from landing until I arrived at my hotel. No reflection on my driver. But in future if I'm stopping in downtown Manhattan I'd get a taxi

I had booked shared shuttle ride from JFK. For some reason the shuttle was not available, but I got free upgrade to private vechicle.
The communication with the driver was very easy through the web app, the driver was on time and the journey was good.
Exellent experience. Thank you GO Airlink NYC!

Avoid at all costs. Really poor communication. I had to wait for 90 minutes for the transfer. I read about similar experiences when booking and really wish I had heeded previous customers advice and avoided this

Lenny our driver was great. Our only criticism is the instructions provided by the carrier company. We were told by text to wait at the pick up area at Delta, JFK. No particular place as there were many numbered sections. We waited at C3 thinking that we would get a text or phone call from driver. After waiting a long period of time I called Go Airlink, the carrier, and was told to wait inside the terminal at the welcome center. This was not conveyed at all in the instructions. Fortunately I called.
Our driver Lenny was excellent. So my criticism is about the instructions. They must be more specific. Telling us to wait at the Welcome Center would have made it a five star.

Traffic & construction was heavy but understandable. The van was terrible - smell of stale cigarette was so strong & overpowering. I was so nauseous during the ride.
It needs deep cleaning badly.
The meet up instruction could be better too. No directions given as to where to meet. If you know JFK, the pick up waiting area for rides is massive. I had to call dispatch twice and was told to wait at Welcome Center.
Thank you.

Although my flight was running several hours late, the office was tracking its progress. When I eventually arrived the driver was in the arrival area waiting for me. What a relief!
