The driver Charles was great! He arrived early. He was professional. He drove with care vhe even went the extra mile to tell us about the areas we drove through.

On time and very professional driver. We made it to the airport in plenty of time. I appreciate the driver calling as he was approaching the hotel for pickup.

Made a booking morning I had to leave and service from the consultant to the driver was good. Only issue was I requested a pick up at 1 25 pm but due to the parade on 9 June many roads were closed off so company suggested I leave earlier for the airport so I had to wait at JFK 3 hours extra before I could check in for my flight , this time I could have spent in Manhattan. However the company did upgrade me at no extra cost from shared ride to private vehicle which was appreciated. I will definitely use GO AIRLINK NYC again for my transfer … safe and reliable service.

The driver did not come. I had to pay the taxi instead. For my incoming flight, LaGuardia to Manhattan, the driver did not come either, so I had to use Uber service instead. It is a bad experience.

Pre-booked return transfer booked via Supershuttle but provided by Go Air Link. Transfer from JFK to Manhattan was no problem. I called from the courtesy phone as instructed, was asked to take a seat and driver arrived to collect me within a few minutes. Spent quite some time dropping others off in Manhattan but I expect that with a shared shuttle. Very happy with that part. However driver did not show for the return pick up and when I called the company they said I was a no show which was untrue, I had been standing outside since 10 minutes before the advertised time slot. Apparently the driver called ahead and I didn't answer, probably because it's a UK number and I suspect he/she didn't dial 0 44 first. Not answering the phone does not mean I am not waiting and the driver should still have come to the hotel. The woman I spoke to was polite and respectful but said she could do nothing as I was marked as a no show. So I got a cab to JFK instead and complained when I got home. To be fair they did refund my fare without any argument which suggests they knew they didn't have a case to argue. The shuttle costs about $45, a cab at the time I went was $74 so I would suggest a cab if you can afford it.

I almost missed my flight at JFK because of this company the driver never showed up I had to then call lyft and was totally stressed out

I had such a good experience. My driver name was Uzzal, fabulous driver. I was glad he was clever driver and informative. We were so busy at Time Square and Uzzal made to the terminal in time and I was able fly to London, thanks all of you that professional service.
