I booked a last-minute shuttle ride from LGA to Manhattan. I had to wait a bit on the phone (after I landed) to book the ride but the process was easy. And the driver was accommodating and professional. A big thumbs up.

While our driver was very friendly, the booking agent was impatient and nasty. She gave incorrect information about where and when to meet the driver. The driver called us with different meeting info and got really confused, almost canceling. We were the second party to enter a completely full shuttle. One party’s flight was delayed and we waited an additional forty minutes for them. We were the last party to be dropped off. We did not check bags and it took us 2 hours from leaving the terminal to arriving at our hotel. My teenage daughter and I were nauseous by the time we exited the van. Since airline charges per person, the the two of us could have taken a Lyft or Taxi for the same price.

The driver was on time and communicated with us directly- which was unexpected. He was friendly, helpful, and polite. However, other passengers were not in the right place and there was a lengthy wait before leaving the airport which made for a long day.

Will be asking for a refund. Could not find the driver and customer service trying to get in contact with them had me on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up and took another service.

Great value for the money, pick-up was prompt, just follow the instructions sent via email, driver was nice & helpful 10 out of 10 recommend, started my birthday celebration on a good note, definitely will use them again.

Our driver was super. I got a text with his name and license plate number. Our flight was late and he patiently waited for us to get into LGA. Great drive to town, good insights about how to get around. He really was awesome!! The reservation process is also really easy. They’re very communicative about the res.
