My daughter reserved Airlink to pick up at EWR and take her to Grand Central Station so she could take a train for her new summer camp counselor job. The driver texted her 45 minutes before her reservation, she told him she was sitting on Tarmac and would call him once she got her luggage. She called him 15 minutes before her reservation and said she was ready. He informed her that her time was up and gave her another driver’s number. She called that driver 3 times and texted him and he did not answer or respond. Called customer service, they were no help. She was now going to be 1 hour late for her job. Since she was not getting any assistance from AirLink she bought a train ticket and took the train to Penn Station then the Subway (more money), to Grand Central Station and then was able to get her train to her final destination which she will now be 2 hours late for her new job. Since she is a camp counselor she doesn’t have the ability to deal with request for a refund. I as her mother, sent a customer service request to AirLink from their website. That day a refund was issued on her CC showing as pending. For 3 days it showed pending on her credit card, then disappeared. Another Customer Service request form was sent, as to why the refund was reversed when there had been no communication with me or my daughter. I have yet to hear from them. My suggestion, if you need to get to NYC from EWR, do not use Go AirLink NYC. Save your money and take the train.

Service was excellent. Pick up was at Newark Int’l and as soon as we collected our luggage we went to the collection spot (check details on the booking site, this will say where to go) then called their hotline to be picked up. 10-15mins later the driver collected us and being a shared collection he picked up passengers at all terminals which was okay and proceeded to our hotels. Enroute, we were the last to be dropped off but within the hour or so. This was okay as the driver gave a little insight of places to visit etc like a tour guide.. The van was clean and driving was excellent. Definitely recommend using their services for a hassle free experience, it started our holiday off on the right foot.. thanks team!

Go Airlink was wonderful! Highly recommend! We booked Go Airlink shared transportation through their website for transport to & from Newark airport to a Manhattan hotel. Both times the drivers (Kevin & Lahcen) were on time and readily communicated with me to ensure we met up as quickly as possible. Both were very professional and the vans were clean.

My driver was lovely but the wait was a bit long then finding out he had been parked outside the whole time. Maybe a message letting me know would have been good considering I received a lot of messages confirming my booking

It was 'a mile' que in the imigration. Not aloud to use a phone. The driver left without us. Had to take a taxi. Would not recomend this service.
I suppose it us ok, to the airport... but not from.

Very easy, because the driver sent his number, and I could call him. The link he sent didn’t work unfortunately. But no problem, as we had his number.
We had to wait a while for two others, but that was not the drivers fault.
Nice driver. Gave us some good tips about when we’re going back

We were never picked up. The guy did not showed up. We arrived in Newark Airport ay 5:30 pm. After looking around the airport I finally found a worker who connected me with your representative. They never found my reservation. After holding for 1/2 hour the lady who called herself “Angel” told me that the driver was going to be there in 1/2 hour. She asked for my phone number and after waiting 45 minutes she called me to inform me that the driver had an emergency and I would have to wait until 9:30 pm to be picked up. I got so upset that I decided to get an Uber. This was a nightmare. I expect a refund.
