On the route to Valparaiso we make a stop in Casablanca in “Rio TInto” a service area for snacks, toilets and coffee, this service area has a wine showroom that collects the products of vineyards that are in the valley of Casablanca.
Once we get to Valparaiso the city declared World heritage by UNESCO in 2003, you´ll know its most important attractions, like “La Sebastiana” (House and Museum of Pablo Neruda)
Sotomayor Square and its monuments and emblematic buildings, 21 de Mayo public walking, “Cerro Artillería” and “Cerro Alegre”.

Very good Tour, I would only add the visit to the amphitheater of the Viña del Mar Festival..
The pick up at the Hotel was late, an hour later than planned.

The tour pickup time was scheduled for 7:30am. They called at 6:15am to tell us they were picking us up at 6:55. We had to rush and miss our free hotel breakfast. We quickly realized our guide Sergio spoke very little English. My Spanish is basic but not good enough to understand historic or cultural intricacies. I didn’t have a working seat belt in the back of the van and the seat wasn’t fully secured so when we went around winding roads my seat would move and bounce me around.
We were told we would visit a winery in the beautiful Casablanca wine region for 1 hour which is why we specifically chose this tour. Instead we visited a truck stop selling wine and random items for 30 minutes where we could rush with at least 10 other buses to grab exclaiming breakfast items and pay way too much for wine. In the van ride heading to Valparaiso, Sergio spoke 95% Spanish then said one or two words to us in English. Upon arrival to Valparaiso which is absolutely incredible, Sergio persisted to rush us through the city, speak only Spanish, a couple of broken English words to us, complain about the Brazilians in the group who were purchasing magnets, exclaiming that they were spending money on his tips, complain about having to walk the streets, and take us to the only ascensor that was not in service. At that point we had, had enough and decided to leave the tour and enjoy Valparaiso on our own. We have traveled to almost 80 Countries and have enjoyed countless tours with great appreciation. This was honestly one of the worst experiences with a guide and misinformed tour we have ever had and we wanted to share our experience to prevent other tourists from having a bad experience as well. We spent the rest of the afternoon throughly enjoying Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar has to offer and took a bus back to Santiago in the evening.

The tour was very good! The guide Jean Pierre is very attentive and helpful, taking us to the main tourist attractions in this city and also knows good restaurants.
Cristóvão, who served us via WhatsApp since before our arrival in Chile, was very attentive and helpful, always giving us information about events, the weather and snow parks. I recommend!

Everything planned was promptly attended to, which made the tour incredible. It was a private family tour and both the driver Alejandro and the guide Marco Moris were very helpful and fun. Cristobal Barrientos managed everything professionally and had great communication with us, the car was very comfortable and excellent value for money.

The bus failed to show up at the pick up point at 8 AM even though we were there a half hour before and waited over 2 hours,
We wasted on whole day and never made it to Valparaiso.
No credit nor refund from Violator

It was a great and nice experience doing this tour with this agency, they had everything figured out, the guide was incredible, very worried about the people in thw tour and he was very informed about the history and culture of the tour, the city and the beaches were amazing, the food 10/10, i will forever recommend the tours, can't wait for tomorrow's tour to valle nevado

38 of us booked this after cruise tour a year ahead of time through Juan.Santiago Tours.
Juan was clam, well organized, professional and trusted. our evidence shown that he's the best travel coordinator.
Our main reason to join the tour is because we disembark our cruise in the morning and our flight schedule back home are late evening, instead of walking on the street with our heavy luggages, we decided to join a day tour and finish at the airport. when I first communicate with Juan, he gave me the great confidence to let him helped me for plan the itinerary. he promised me to send a large enough A/C bus for 38 of us and of course all our luggages, he did, a huge new bus with plenty of rooms.
Our full day visit the historical sites and sceneries with the knowledge guide explanations helped us understand the city and Chile geographical and cultures.we've learn and witness so much. we had our lunch at a best restaurant in Vina Del Mar which had the large glass window facing the ocean. the view was magnificent and breathtaking. thanks to Juan's recommandation.our tour was well worth the money.
at the end of the tour, we've been drop off at the airport ( some of them to their hotel at Santiago for their extended stay).
Best of all, we had so much fun and all of us are completely satisfy. we highly recommend Juan and the company.
