Sagrada Familia is not to be missed. It is an amazing example innovative architecture and history. Our guide Olga was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really made the tour special and tailored it to our interests in the architecture and historic aspects of the church.

The tour was excellent. We had great communication before the tour, a clear and easy meeting point, and Anna our tour guide was great. It was worth the cost to have a guide explain all the amazing history and details.

We visited la Sagrada Famiglia last year on our own, but we enjoyed it so much more with our guide Pedro. His enthusiasm and knowledge made our visit a wonderful experience. We were very happy to find a guide who speaks Italian.

DO NOT BOOK this vendor.
We booked this experience more than 30 days before our trip to Barcelona. It was scheduled for 6.16.24 @ 1:00 pm.
About four days before the experience, I was texted by the lender to ask me to push it back to 2:30 PM. We agreed.
I texted the day before the experience or we confirmed and did not hear back. I texted again on the date of the experience and they responded that they had to cancel me because there were no tickets available for the Basilica.
I texted the vendor why they would wait until the day of the experience to book a ticket when I made the group over 30 days ago… They did not have an answer or respond at all to me.
Ruined my experience..

This private tour was the best choice we made on our trip to Barcelona. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and spent time explaining each part of the church. She also took time to answer all of our questions during the tour. Our guide was bilingual and her English fluency was excellent so we had no issues understanding her descriptions of the church.

The most memorable part of our experience is that your Guide never showed up. We traveled to the US to Barcelona to visit Sagrada Familia and your Guide never showed. We were at the assigned meeting spot 10 minutes before you said to be there. How disgusting and so disappointing for us and our seventeen year old grandson and his friend that we promised seeing it.
I will never recommend your company to anyone.

Four hours before our scheduled tour, we received the following message from our guide Blanca.
“John, could you please reschedule the tour for tomorrow? Thank you!”
The email came in at 6:49 am. I responded at 7:33 am that it was impossible to reschedule because we were leaving tomorrow.
I messaged her back twice but received no reply. I called Viator (Tripadvisor) & they too failed to get a hold of her. Fortunately I was able to get confirmation of a full refund.
This was a terrible experience. Completely unprofessional of TripAdvisor & their affiliate ICONO tours to allow this to happen with zero accountability.
I caution everyone to NOT use their service as this happens way too frequently. Just read through the reviews.

What started out as a mix-up with Viator and the operator company was a very bad experience for me and my family, HOWEVER, even though our instructions told us to show at 1pm and the guide was told 1:30, we ended up with a great tour guide herself, I can’t say much for the company that she works for, but SHE was excellent! Noellia did a great job explaining the history and the “why” behind the architecture and design of the cathedral, it was enriching and fulfilling.
