Picasso is one of the few artists who deserve museums only dedicated to him.
His Museum in Barcelona exhibits some of his early work and youth paintings. An expert art guide will help you to discover the life's work of the painter and sculptor sorted chronologically. The different phases are explained, and you can easily understand the stylistic changes.

Loved the Picasso museum. Good tour guide but difficult to understand with accent. Need 2 earbuds not just one to be able to hear over outside tourist noise

The whole exhibition was great but having paid for a private tour for 2 people and then receiving a call on the morning of the tour stating our guide was no longer available - we were hugely disappointed. We were then offered a partial refund and 2 tickets without the audio option which was an extra 5 euros each. We at least should of had this option included. Hence why I have scored this down.

Our guide, Olga Escribano, made all the difference. I’ve been to this museum before and absolutely love it and the art I see each time. But touring it again with such an educated and well informed guide allowed me to enjoy this museum and its colltection with new eyes and insight. Olga’s knowledge of art history and Picasso put the art ink context for those in our tour group. Her engaging style made it fun and our time flew by. She knows the layout of the museum well and does a great job to keep it moving and keep things flowing.
It feels easy to viscerally appreciate the genius of Picasso; Olga E’s tour helped us to also intellectually and emotionally understand the artist, his background and his place in Spanish history.

Laura was wonderful! I had been to this museum before but she helped me look at it with fresh eyes and gave us some tips of what to look for at our upcoming visit to The Prado. One of the best experiences of this trip!

Our guide didn't show up and we weren't notified that our booking was cancelled. I'm finding it very difficult to reach anyone from Viator to get an explanation and refund.
