Experience one of the most memorable lessons of modern history. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site, a former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where more than a million Jews and other prisoners were oppressed or killed during World War II. The flower strewn Death Wall, national memorials, gas chambers and crematoriums, preserved ruins, the remains of hundreds of barracks, watchtowers, the railway line and ramp - all this forms a moving testimony to the number of those who lost their lives. The tour is led by a sensitive, licensed and local guide which helps to understand the touching history and cruel things that happened there.

-Live-guided tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau (visit both camps)
-Travel from Krakow choosing hotel pickup or meeting point
-Learn the history of World War II, Nazi Holocaust and the liberation
-Avoid crowds skipping the long line for individual visitors

The museum was moving and the guide was very good. The tour facilities were also good. However the trip did not seem as advertised. We were waiting and picking up people in krakow for over an hour before we left. They did i no it pick us up at the hotel as advertised-we had to walk a short distance. And the tour was much longer than advertised. I feel a little tricked.

Would recommend 100%. Picked up on time, in comfortable vehicle. Pawel was the best tour guide we could have hoped for. So knowledgeable and the way he was able to retell the history in detail but respectfully really painted a picture and you felt it. At the end he thanked us for spending our time and money to learn the history of his country, but it was our pleasure to have him share it.

Just to note we have been told by multiple people the museum itself is responsible for the entrance time of organised tour groups so this isn't an excuse and to be taken seriously. Be prepared for this to change to a 6am pick up which it did for us, so leave the day open for changes. They did inform us of time change 2 days prior. Well worth the early start and dropped off again at half 1 so still had the rest of the day, managed to hop on a walking tour in the afternoon to explore this fabulous country further.

They also messaged to ask if we wanted a lunchbox prepared for 45zl and since we didn't have a fridge in our hotel took them up in the offer was quite pleasant.

An organized tour, starting with collection from the hotel. A truthfull, factual account without any judments from the tourguide. It is an historic event that should be visited and taught all over to make the world a better place.

The tour of the camps was excellent with plenty of time to ask questions and move slowly around the site taking in all the information given by our excellent guide. The wider organisation of the trip including the transport from Krakow collections and drop off was almost to the minute with the tour leader keeping up up to date and working to meet all the key times,, a very very well organised tour and obviously the destination speaks for its self, a very thought provoking and emotional site to visit!

Easy pick up and transfer to the camps. Lots of opportunities to take photos if you want. The camps are huge so much bigger than expected. It’s difficult to find positives about a harrowing subject but it’s something people should see!

The tour was excellent and the guide ANNA was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything. The transport to Auschwitz arrived punctually in the morning and the driver was very polite and informative. Only down side was we had searched and booked for a later time of 11.30 but we're picked up at hotel at 6am.

Excellent experience, everything very well organized. After booking, I immediately started receiving contact messages, including a phone call because I wasn't paying attention and didn't respond to the messages. Thank you very much Marcelo

Would definitely recommend this tour. Our guide (who doubled as our driver) was incredibly knowledgeable and we were very grateful for the information he shared with us about such horror.
We'd definitely recommend taking the lunchbox offer because there is only a VERY short break between the two camps for you to eat and no where to purchase food/drink (it was only 45 Zl and included a wrap, juice, water, apple, banana, cookies and chocolate bar - so very much value for money). It would have been nice if the break was a big bigger, or if we were given some free time at each camp to walk and reflect however we completely understand that there is a lot to cover in the trip and so there's a tight schedule.
Thank you to Hello Cracow for running such a professional tour.
