We had a fantastic trip and fully recommend Arctic Adventures Golden Circle with Secret Lagoon tour. Franklyn was an exceptionally good guide, the pacing of the tour was perfect, the scenery was magnificent and everything was as good as advertised. We would happily use Arctic Adventures again.

Elisa was an awesome guide. Very good stories and facts about the area. She knew each of us by name, which is really special considering she probably sees 1000’s of people each month. Loved hearing all the info about the volcano types, lava and the landscape. She was a wealth of knowledge and delivered it so well. Great tour with beautiful sights. The secret lagoon was so relaxing Be prepared that you will need to shower before entering the water. It’s a public shower but once you get past the awkward the lagoon experience is well worth it.
Great tour!!!

Our guide was the lovely Ivor who looked after us very well. The tour goes to a good mixture of locations and we had the right amount of time at each one bearing in mind how much we fitted in. The places are spectacularly beautiful. It was magical to spend time in the hot springs of the secret lagoon, which doesn't have all the extras of blue lagoon but feels very authentic. Be sure to take a cossie and towel. Definitely recommend!

I booked this tour within the 3- day Bucket List Tour. The tour was great. Strokkur, the big geysir is fascinating and we had enough time to stay there long enough to make loads of photos, videos and explore the surroundings. Seeing tectonic plates in the Þingvellir national park was great as well. Especially because the weather was beautiful and it was sunny the whole time. Therefore the light was beautiful throughout the day. The secret lagoon was nice, the water very warm and the place not too crowded. We had enough time there. I would recommend drinking enough water before or buying something at the lagoon. In the lagoon place are lockers for valuables. There were no single changing rooms. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided. Towels can be brought or can be lend at the Secret Lagoon.
Andres, the guide, was amazing. He had great energy, was fun and interested. We also did an extra stop to see Icelandic Horses, which was very cool.

We had a great day with Filip. He kept us entertained with stories, great music and plenty flexibility to allow us to enjoy our experience. We enjoyed the golden circle and had amazing weather. The secret lagoon was a perfect stop at the end of the day. Thanks to Filip for being the perfect host!

It's a very complete trip around the Golden Circle with an extra stop to relax at the end of the tour and some surprise stop along the way. Personally, it had been great to have one more hour to visit the national park and the cascade a bit more relaxed. But overall nice tour. Recommended.

I did the Golden Circle excursion on 4 September. The tour itself was excellent. It was beautifully paced, varied and memorable.

Our Hungarian born guide was Monica. Two of the party were travelling together and were disruptive from start to finish. For example, they were very late for agreed departure times at successive stops, they argued bitterly and wrongly that they had not been given directions to see an active geyser, and they pressurised Monica into trying to let them have a free additional Northern Lights tour (which they took with the same company, presumably) because the previous evening the lights were not visible to the naked eye.

The rest of the party spent at least thirty minutes longer on the bus than necessary, just waiting around for them. As a group, we were appalled by their unrelenting bad behaviour towards Monica and lavish in praise of her response.

Monica handled the situation masterfully, with extraordinary compassion in the face of unkind provocation, and with unfailing enthusiasm.

The tour combined the classic sights with a soak in a lovely natural lagoon much cheaper and less crowded than the much-hyped Blue Lagoon. I didn't think Pingvellir was very dramatic but Gulfoss and the geysers were. However, all the famous sites were incredibly crowded and touristified. Our guide Phillip was excellent and played us some great music on the journey as well as lots of information and laughs too. We stopped off for a couple of extra things and all in all it was a great day.
