To start, very easy meet up. Exactly as stated! Our guide, Ashvin, mixed history, humor, and personal touches into our stomach-filling adventure around some unique areas of Port Louis. His talents include engaging teenagers and piquing their curiosities.
The food. WOW! Roti, Dholl Puri, dumplings, refreshing juices, and sweet treats. Ultimately a gastronomical delight!!! As an added bonus we were given recommendations of other good-eats on the island which have been golden.

We were really impressed with the food tour and the guide, who was very knowledgeable about the history of Mauritius. The size of the group was perfect (with only 8 people max). We had 6 food stops with a variety of different cuisines, including a dessert and sugar cane juice stop. We liked that the tour was in the old town so it was more authentic - rather than being in the tourist side of Port Louis. It was great to see the artwork in China town.

We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the culture of Mauritius.

Great tour of Port Louis with Rudy our knowledgeable host. You don't need breakfast with this 3hour+ tour, learning a little about the rich history and culture of Mauritius and Port Louis and the multicultural mix that makes up the population. Very informative, great food and plenty to see. Well worth it.

Very cultural and interesting tour. The guide Ruby is knowledgeable and we’ve gone to places that otherwise we would not have ended up in. Fantastic.

The food is very diverse and nice to see the integration of different cuisines.

This tour turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Mauritius. We did it the day after we arrived and it was perfect as we learned a lot about the history of this island nation. Perfect combination of history, culture, and great food. The tour was the perfect length. not too short and not too long. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience exploring all the local foods in an authentic way. They clearly know how to pick the best spots because all the places we went to had queues of people waiting to order! All the food was freshly made and simply delicious. Our guide Aidan was so knowledgeable and friendly too!

Great tour, the guide spoke in fluent english and french, was very knowledgeable about the history of the island and as well as introducing us to some lovely food shown us historical elements of Port Louis too. We had a great Time and would recommend to others.

Thoroughly enjoyable, nice group size.
Learnt alot about the city too.
Would highly recommend this tour to others, we were tough dropping a star, although we enjoyed the two dholl puri we feel like the tour should only include one. Fantastic tour and well worth the money.

We had a great time on this tour, with Adrien as our excellent guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured all members of our group had an equal amount of close contact during the tour. Information about the city and its history was interesting and the food was so tasty.
