The 4-Course Dinner is a lesson for those wanting to enjoy the evening, cooking and eating a traditional Italian meal with friends. This class is a practical and interactive group experience, allowing you to create and enjoy dishes that you can bring into your daily life.
You will be preparing an appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, a meat dish and a dessert.
Menu:
• Monday: Ricotta and Spinach soufflé / Potato gnocchi with tomato, basil and garlic sauce / Chicken with mushrooms and Marsala/ Chocolate soufflè
• Wednesday: Eggplant Caprese / Fresh egg pasta: ricotta and spinach raviolli / Hunter's chicken / Panna Cotta
• Friday: vegetable soufflé or Panzanella / Fresh egg pasta: Potato Tortelli with tomato sauce / Farmer's chicken / Tiramisù

The chef talked fast and was hard to understand. It was fun to cook from scratch! And all the food was delicious!

Very fun cooking class, the chef was friendly & charming. The group bonded well & we enjoyed the other members so much! The food itself was not as tasty as I hoped. We loved the asparagus appetizer, enjoyed the gnocchi which was fun to make, didn't care for the chicken cacciatore, and enjoyed the chocolate souffle.
We had so much fun eating together & enjoyed it so much!

Gustavo took great care of us! He had a plan, a story, and great flair in sharing it. The location was great, too, making it easy for 20 plus people to cook.

The chef was very funny and a great teacher. The atmosphere was memorable and the food amazing. He gave us the recipes at the end to take home.

All the people were excellent. Gustav was amazing and was patient with everyone. I would recommend this not only to those who want to learn to cook but also for those who love to eat

This was a wonderful experience. After all the museums and touring, it was great to do something different. The facility was lovely and the chef leaders were friendly , patient and helpful during cooking. And we actually got to eat the 4 course meal we cooked along with delicious wine. All in all, one of our favorite experiences in a city of great experiences.

Gustavo (the chef) was a true delight. This was so much fun!!! Plenty of dwlicious food that we did not eat everything. It was worth the cost...4 hours & a complete meal & wine.
