The guided tour was great. Mark was knowledgeable and interesting. The tower afforded us nice views of the city as well as aspects of the basilica.

As Spain's most visited monument I probably don't need to be recommending it but definitely recommend a guided tour.
Unlike other places I organised guided tours this one was direct with the Segrada Familia no middle men and was excellent. It also meant the tower booking allowed just the right amount of time and then freed us up for other activities.
Lift up the tower was an added bonus but remember you have to walk back down. there was one section of the spiral stairs with a weird handrail against the wall and a large drop in the middle so be careful especially with young kids or old people.
Booking opens 2 months in advance and is highly recommended as I hear is impossible to get tickets on the day.

Guide was knowledgeable. Person handing out headsets recognized that my husband has hearing aids and provided the headset that works with them without us asking. Had some rain then sun, light coming through the windows was amazing. Tower stairs were scary....

A visit to Sagrada Familia is both spectacular and bizarre however having had a tour to explain how it has been built and developed over the years actually makes a lot more easier to understand and does make sense

The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the architecture well. It was interesting to learn from her. My favorite part was how the light reflected through the stained glass and colored the columns.

The only way to see Sagrada Família is with a tour guide. Easy to go through security and get in quickly. The tour was well timed and we received great amount of interesting information. Each person had headphones and little receiver so we could all hear our tour guide. No issues. Strongly recommended.

Even though we booked a tour, the meeting place we were given was incorrect and the guide had to come looking for us. They were not happy. I showed our tickets to our guide and the meeting place was incorrect. Visitor’s mistake.
So we stood out in the sun a total of one hour before we were granted entrance. It was extremely hot with no shade and no place to sit. The tour consisted of the main sanctuary wit hundreds of people already inside. Our guide made the best of a bad situation and was very informative. This tour was overpriced for what we got and the misinformation we were given by Viator.
