Great food at locations I would normally have walked past without giving a second look. Nikki was a fantastic tour guide and very knowledgeable with interesting facts and stories.
I will be back for more tours with Nikki at Avital!

We had a great time on our food tour through the mission district. Lots of really delicious food and feel like we got a good overview of the area. Food tours are a great way to explore a city! Highly recommend.

Some friends and I took a food tour (minus the alcohol pairing). I left with a full stomach and a good overview of the Mission District. The selection was interesting - I am not really a foodie, but now, thanks to Mission Cheese, I have learned some information that I can take home with me. We all appreciated that the sequence followed a normal meal (i.e. we ate dessert at the end of the meal). Linda, our tour guide, was pleasant, and we did not feel rushed; and all of the venues made us feel welcome. We had time to incorporate a few neighborhood sites into the walk, and if you are not from an urban area, they add to the overall experience. I liked the food, and was pleased to have vegetarian choices that were more than hummus. It was a fun afternoon.

Spent our NYE in San Fran enjoying a Mission District Food Tour with Kevin - all 4 of our stops were delicious, unique and showcased the multitude of food influences through the city by the Bay. Kevin was a great guide along the way offering great insight and history into the area as well as authentic passion for food, the people's stories who make it, and his home city of San Francisco. Highly recommend a tour with Kevin of the Mission District and we look forward to catching another tour soon!

This was on great way to discover a big slice of SFO. And Meesha made each place come alive with the stories she shared with great aplomb. It was a memorable evening loaded with lots of knowledge and a different kind of gourmet experience.

My sister and I had a great time with Margherita on the Mission District Food Tour! She was very engaging and passionate about food and the neighborhood. The restaurant choices were interesting and filling! We would highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing time touring the Mission with Margherita. She was a great guide, and as well as being really knowledgeable, she was a great storyteller. Meeting the people behind each restaurant and hearing their stories was a real treat, and definitely an experience we couldn't have had by ourselves. Would definitely recommend to friends and fellow travellers!

We had the tour. Meesha is an amazing foodie. She is full of passion. the food was great. the stories are very intersting. she has a unique way to taking the individuals which are coming to the tour and make a group out of them. we had a lot of fun and met new people.

Meesha was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Great way to be introduced to the culinary and social world of the mission district. Price a little steep for the food courses - cheese tasting, taco, vegetarian main course and chocolates.

What a great tour! Business friends group of ours took an excellent jaunt through the mission district and hit up all kinds of interesting spots along the way. I have lived in San Francisco for 10 years & got introduced to some awesome new food spots that I'll definitely return to. Big thanks to our amazing tour guide Cecilia!! She very fun and extremely knowledgeable.
