It’s not a very timely hop on service. We waited 1.5 hours for the bus to come to stop #3 in Ha Long Bay Vietnam. When we got to the seaport, we waited 35 minutes. It appears only one bus is running. The narration is limited.

It was very difficult to find the pickup location. The Royal Lotus Hotel was incorrect and we kept waiting there. They should share the exact locations as the names are similar for quite a few locations. Also, it wasnt a multiple ride option (hop on hop off) for 24 hours. Once we finally reached the location through taxi, the bus tour operator said it is valid only for one trip. We actually spent the same amount in taxis reaching the actual location as we paid for this short one time trip in the bus. Also, the route is very short, not the same as it was mentioned while booking.
