We had a fantastic 7 day trip of Turkey visiting Istanbul, Gallipoli, Troy, Ephesus and Izmir.
We travelled with Fez travels and the arrangements were very good. The guide Can Kocak was very knowledgeable and a great guide.

We used this tour during our Golden Week holidays. Our guide, Goksu, was very knowledgeable and explained in easy-to-understand English not only about the history of the places we visited, but also about the flora and fauna we saw along the way.
Every place we visited was wonderful, and we could feel Turkey's long and complicated history. We stayed in the seaside resort of Kusadasi and the cave hotel in Cappadocia for two nights each, so we were able to enjoy the highlights of the trip at our own pace.
I was able to enjoy my first trip to Turkey to the fullest, and it became a wonderful memory!

We chose Fez Travel & this tour because the itinerary was very well-planned, and showed which hotels we would stay each night.
As it turned out all the hotels that we stayed were very very nice. Also, all the restaurants they took us & the meals provided by the hotels were amazing.
I also love our medium-size van with wifi & usb outlets, and small-size tour (max. 8 people).
We feel particularly grateful to have Mr. G as our guide. He is very knowledgeable, explained many historical & geographical backgrounds of the places that we have visited. We learnt a lot about Turkey in this tour.
Also, he tried his best to satisfy our needs & make sure we are on schedule. Our driver became sick on the 4th day while we had an early schedule next morning, but he managed to find another driver for us overnight, so we stayed on track.
All in all, I felt safe & comfortable, even though we only joined Fez Travel for the 1st time & joined this tour online.

The historic significance of the places we visited was profound and moving. The experience, knowledge and sound common sense of our guide, Can Kocak, made the week enormously enjoyable. And we always felt at ease with Can’s driver, Murat, behind the wheel whether on wide-open motorways or twisting, turning ancient roads.
We’re already planning our next Turkish adventure with these two pros in charge.

It was an amazing trip. Goksu Pamir was an awesome very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
He went out of the way to make arrangements for anything we asked for. He was very flexible to tune into our needs regarding the tour. It was supposed to be a small group but everyone else canceled so it was just three of us in an entire mini bus. So it felt just like a private luxury tour. All hotels were great and comfortable. The cave hotel in Cappadocia is phenomenal. We would not have been able to cover this many sites on our own in just 7 days.
Highly recommend it 😊.

Our guide, Can, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient. The pacing for each of our visits was exactly what you’d want; most other groups breezed through without stopping to properly take the scenery in.
He gave local recommendations for various foods and drinks to try, and organised anything we could possibly have asked for, frequently going above and beyond.
The drives are long, but our driver Müjdat was safe and professional; plus a friendly guy!
The majority of places you visit are stunning, though I would personally prefer to skip some of the more “shopping” based stops like Turkish rugs, leather store, and pottery. Don’t let that stop you from taking this tour, though.

We were lucky to have Fatih and Halil as guides for our small group. They were both very knowledgeable and accommodating, and they shared a lot about Turkey's history, geography, and culture with us. Hassan was an excellent driver the whole way through.
This tour delivered as promised and covered a huge chunk of Turkey. I wish I had more time to see more of the country and to explore the places further but that'll have to wait until next time.

I joined a Turkey 7 day classics tour with guide Tamer and 7 other people.
The tour was well designed and covered a broad range of sites and experiences from recent and ancient historical sites, to skilled craftspeople, local customs and fantastic scenery.
Tamer is a very experienced guide. He knew all the small details about places we visited that made for perfect timing and a stress free trip. He ensured we had a relaxed pace for sightseeing and listening to him impart his knowledge of Turkey past and present.
I had time to take some great photos too and time to get to know the other travellers. I’ve even made some new friends!
Our driver Yilmaz was friendly and I felt 100% safe with him.
I didn’t need to carry my luggage in and out of hotels which made life easy after a busy day.
I was very impressed with Tamar as he was attentive and caring to everyone. The food was a real highlight. Breakfast and dinner were always generous and even more interesting as Tamer explained all about local foods and wine.
Tamer gave me a real sense of historical and modern day Turkey.
I hope I can come back some day to Turkey, Fez Tours and Tamer.

Turkey was good but our guide was not. Just took off and left us to sort ourselves. Not very helpful. Our driver was great. Only one of the many gas station lunch stops was good. Would rather have been left in town for an hour to find lunch for ourselves. Got screwed over on the accommodation, were refunded some of the cost, but ruined the experience of stayng in the cave hotel (we were put in a annexe away from the hotel and had to be driven for meals etc.) The dinners at the cave hotel left a lot to be desired. Instant mash and stew, rice and chicken tenders is not 4 star. Overall this tour was disappointing.

Not only a country rich in culture, history and natural beauty, but one full with generosity, laughter and colour. We had a whirlwind tour with our guide G (Göksu). His knowledge and tolerance of our dumb questions, gentle and caring personality places him top of my tour guide list. Everything from the hotels, to the food to our drivers joyful smile. Go now!
